Summary

Izuku has known for a while now that Shoto tends to overshare things and jump to
conclusions when given the opportunity. However, he learns the hard way that these
specific character traits increase significantly when his boyfriend gets absolutely
hammered.

Notes

I’ve had this in my drafts for so long, so I thought I’d post it to celebrate reaching 1000
followers on le toomblr!!!

Thank you for all your support! ^^

'SPECIMENS OF 3A! RUN IN HERE, COME GET Y’ALL JUICE!’

Shoto internally winced when Kaminari’s declaration was met with several excited cheers, then
turned his head to watch as his classmates crowded around the dining room table. When his eyes
fell upon Kaminari, Ashido and Kirishima, all looking suspiciously pleased with themselves, he
narrowed his eyes and immediately decided he wanted no part in it.

So, while the rest of class 3A gathered around to grab snacks and drinks, Shoto turned back around
on the common room sofa and absentmindedly scrolled through his phone, waiting for his
boyfriend to arrive. Izuku had been involved in an incident over in Tokyo earlier that day during
his internship. Subsequently, he was late to the end-of-exams party due to the press abducting him
for yet another interview about UA’s best and brightest.

Shoto managed to catch the interview being broadcasted on his phone and was reading the captions
while his classmates poured their drinks.

‘Hero Deku, thank you for taking the time to chat with us today. We saw the fight earlier, has the
threat been detained?’

‘Yes, ma’am! There’s no need to worry!’ Izuku smiled brightly, hands on his hips. ‘The villain is in
custody as we speak.’

Shoto smiled softly. Izuku had gained so much confidence over the past three years; he no longer
stuttered over his words and played down his heroics, worried that he would come off as arrogant.
He had also managed to tone down the self-destructiveness of his earlier years, much to Shoto’s
relief.

There wasn’t a single scratch on him during this interview.

‘I see, that’s certainly reassuring to hear! Thank goodness for your amazing work out there,
Deku!’ The reporter commented, enthusiastically. ‘Now tell us, how did you find the fight? You’re
soon to graduate UA after all. A lot of our viewers are excited to see the new generation of heroes.
Do you feel you’re ready to take to the field on a full-time basis?’

‘I feel completely ready to take to the field and save as many lives as I can, especially thanks to all
the people who have supported me through my journey so far! I hope to make them proud!’ Shoto
smiled fondly, knowing the start of a characteristic Izuku-rambling session whenever he saw one.
‘I am also very excited to see how my fellow hero graduates do. There’s so many talented young
heroes out there and I’ll be cheering them on every step of the way! As for how I found the fight
just now-‘
‘Hey man! What’re you doing sitting here all alone?’ Shoto looked up, mildly irritated at the
interruption, to find Kirishima smiling down at him. ‘Don’t you wanna grab a drink? I know
Midoriya isn’t here yet, but you’re still allowed to celebrate – it is our last Saturday in the dorms,
after all!’

Shoto narrowed his eyes at the redhead, using what little knowledge he had of social cues to figure
out whether he was being genuine or not - for all he knew, there could be an ulterior motive behind
the question. Shoto searched Kirishima’s face for a moment and, after he found no outwardly
detectable hints of mischief, he nodded slowly, satisfied with his deduction skills.

‘Sure.’ He hummed. It was at that point Shoto noticed that his classmate was holding two drinks in
his hands. Following the direction of his gaze, Kirishima grinned and held the fuller of the two out
to him.

‘Here ya go, have this one, dude! I was going to give it to Bakubro, but thinking about it, maybe
it’s best not to put alcohol near explosive objects.’

‘Alcohol?’

‘Yeah! I know we’re not technically allowed, but we’ve sorted it out, honest! Me, Mina, Denki and
Shinsou managed to smuggle some in with the help of a lovely DJ who wishes to remain
anonymous. In terms of whether we’ll get caught, it’s highly unlikely. We have an inside
informant, plus Shinsou slipped some sleeping pills into Aizawa Sensei’s coffee earlier, but you
didn’t hear that from me.’

Kirishima shifted one of his drinks so it was trapped between the inside of his elbow and chest.
With his now-free hand, he then brought two fingers up to his eyes before pointing them at Shoto.

‘I heard nothing from no one.’ Shoto deadpanned.

‘That’s the spirit!’ He exclaimed, retrieving his pint. ‘We’re hoping the pills will outweigh the
amount of caffeine that the bloke drinks. Like, staying awake to be productive is manly as heck,
don’t get me wrong, but so is sleeping and self-care, am I right? Oh! Also, Yaomomo and Iida
have said they won’t be partaking in the drinking to make sure everyone is being safe, so you have
nothing to worry about, man!’

Shoto pondered the idea. He had never drunk any kind of alcohol before; it had always been
forbidden in his household.

I will not have that poison anywhere near my masterpiece! His father had berated a few years ago
when he had caught Fuyumi with a bottle of wine.

Her friends had given her the vintage for her twentieth birthday and she didn’t think to hide it when
she came home. After the outburst, their old man had snatched the present off of her, smashed it
into the sink and ordered her to clean it up. Fuyumi had not dared argue with him and Natsuo had
held Shoto back with shaking hands – from fear or rage, he never found out. He suspected the
latter.

As a result, Shoto didn't know what to expect when he took the pint from Kirishima.

‘What is it?’ He brought the glass to his face and sniffed the contents, scrunching his nose in
distaste.

‘Beer! It’s a manly drink, dude!’ Kirishima chuckled.

Shoto took a small sip and immediately regretted it. He spluttered and used every ounce of self-
control to not spit it back out. Grasping his throat and wincing, he handed the drink back to
Kirishima, who stifled a laugh.

‘Are you mad?’ He spoke hoarsely. ‘Tastes like shit.’

‘Don’t worry, Todoroki, beer is an acquired taste!’ Ashido, noticing Shoto’s spectacle, bounced
over with a cocktail in each hand. ‘If it’s your first-time drinking, try one of these! They’re fruity,
so you can hardly taste the vodka.’

Vodka?

Shoto warily took the drink from her and repeated his previous action of sniffing the liquid, this
time with even more caution. It had a citrusy odour though, which he had to admit he quite liked.

It certainly seems drinkable…

He looked up at his two classmates. Ashido smiled encouragingly and flexed a bicep. In a deep
voice she mimicked her friend. ‘It’s manly!’

Kirishima initially pouted at the outburst, until Ashido growled comically and he burst out
laughing, almost spilling his beer. Ignoring their antics, Shoto swirled the contents of the glass and
hesitantly took a sip.

And then another.

‘Interesting…’ He commented. It was very fruity, although there was definitely something else in
there that he didn’t recognise – probably the alcohol. It reminded Shoto of paint cleaner… Not that
he had ever drunk paint cleaner before.

Despite that though, he decided that he liked the concoction. ‘This is much better than your drink,
Kirishima.’

He then, without warning, downed the entire thing.

‘Dude, not so fast!’ The redhead exclaimed. ‘You might not be able to taste it as much, but vodka
is strong as hell and it’s your first time- Mina stop laughing!’

‘He’s fiiiiine!’ She chuckled, sticking her tongue out at Kirishima, who merely sighed. ‘Want
another, Todoroki?’

‘It did taste nice, but Kirishima said it was strong. Maybe another isn’t a good idea.’

‘You’ve just got to pace yourself, dude…’

‘Yeah, you’ll be fine, I’ll go grab you another one.’ She poked Shoto’s shoulder while pretending
to stroke her invisible moustache. ‘Do you want the same one or a more berry-based beverage, my
good sir?’
Shoto pondered the question. His cheeks started to feel rather hot.

‘I’ll try the berry one.’

Izuku looked at his phone, hoping he wasn’t too late as he ran towards the dorms.

10:23pm

The party had started at 9pm, so fingers crossed he hadn’t missed too much. He felt especially bad
for leaving Shoto alone for that long – he knew how awkward his boyfriend could feel during loud
parties and he also knew how rambunctious his classmates could get.

Izuku’s black jeans stretched uncomfortably as he jogged onto campus and he made a mental note
to buy a larger pair when he next got the chance.

‘Shoto was right, my quads are getting larger.’

Back at the agency, Izuku had managed to change out of his hero costume. He supposed the lack of
motility was a reasonable price to pay for not crashing the party donned in green spandex – not that
his boyfriend would mind. Along with the jeans, he wore a tight-fitting white t-shirt with “party
shirt” printed across his chest, as well as his trademark red trainers, which squeaked against the
pavement.

Old habits die hard.

Izuku ran up the steps leading to the building and paused for a moment. He could hear muffled
noises coming from inside - are they counting? - and curiously opened the door to the common
room, only to find a scene he was certainly not expecting.

‘69399…375105…’

Kaminari was chugging a very large keg of beer – where had they gotten that?! – while Izuku’s
own boyfriend was facing him, eyes closed tightly and body tensed in concentration as he shouted
out random numbers while their classmates cheered.

Izuku shuffled in and noticed Ochaco closest to him. He tapped her on the shoulder, and she turned
to face him, smiling brightly.

‘Hey, care to share what’s going on?’

‘Deku-kun! Turns out that Todoroki-kun knows more numbers of pi than your average fella, so
Kirishima-kun bet Kaminari-kun that he couldn’t keep drinking for as long as he could recite
them.’

‘08998… 62803…’

‘I mean, he could just be saying random numbers and we’d be none the wiser.’ Izuku pointed out.

She shook her head.

‘Nah, Jirou-chan has it up on her phone to make sure he’s correct.’

‘3282306- Ayyyyyy!!!’

As if on cue, Kaminari choked and dropped to his knees, wailing in dismay. Everyone cheered at
the result and scrambled to congregate around Shoto, who raised his arms above his head and
whooped, much to Izuku’s bemusement.

‘Woah, that was awesome!’

‘Impressive, dude!’

‘As to be expected of Todoroki!’

‘Why do you even know all that, bro?!’

Intrigued by his boyfriend’s uncharacteristically outgoing behaviour, Izuku walked over to the
crowd and nudged his way through. He crossed his arms in front of his chest and grinned.

‘Looks like someone’s having a good time.’

Shoto’s eyes landed on him and he practically beamed, cheeks red and eyes crinkled happily. Izuku
loved every part of Shoto, but something about seeing his partner’s smile filled him with a warmth
unlike any other, although admittedly this particular kind of smile was new to him. It was carefree,
but in a different way to when the two of them were alone.

Izuku couldn’t explain it.

‘Izuku, hiiiii!’ Shoto exclaimed excitedly, as he stumbled forward and hugged him tightly. His
partner was incredibly warm to the touch as he nuzzled into Izuku’s neck and peppered him with
light kisses.

‘Hey, yourself.’ Izuku laughed softly at the tickling sensation and tried to lean away from Shoto’s
eager lips. When he finally managed to pull out of the hug, he gazed at his partner and tucked a
strand of red hair behind his ear, adoringly. ‘You okay?’

‘I missed youuu!’ Shoto declared with a pout. Izuku’s lip trembled as he tried to stifle a giggle.

‘Shouchan… Have you been drinking, by any chance?’

‘Mayyybe.’ He swayed playfully before he pointed at the dining table. ‘There’s a lot of fruity
drinks over there and they taste really good! Ashido let me try some after Kirishima tried to poison
me with his manly beer!’

‘Did he now?’ Izuku glanced over at the offending redhead, who was talking passionately to
Kacchan about something, smiling happily and nearly spilling his drink on the blonde. Izuku
huffed at the display before he turned to look at his partner and felt his forehead. ‘How’re you
feeling? You look very flushed.’
‘I’m good. I feel like I can talk to anybody!’

‘I see…’ Izuku mused, smiling at his overly confident boyfriend. ‘Well, let me know if you start to
feel ill or tired.’

‘I will!’

‘Promise?’ Izuku raised his pinkie finger. He was taken aback when Shoto immediately latched
onto it with his own.

‘I promise!’

‘Good.’ Izuku smiled and used their joined pinkies to bring Shoto’s hand to his lips for a quick
kiss. ‘Now, you be good. I’m just going to talk to Iida-kun about something.’

Shoto nodded lazily, but as soon as Izuku started to walk away, his boyfriend grabbed onto his arm
and pulled him back. Izuku raised an eyebrow. ‘Sho-?’

‘Shhhhh! You can’t tell!’ Shoto brought his index finger to his lips as he emphasised the sound
loudly. ‘Apparently Shinsou put sleeping pills in Aizawa Sensei’s evening coffee! Isn’t that
crazy?!'

‘Oi, Todoroki! We had a deal, bro!’ They turned to find Kirishima staring in their direction, hand
clutching his chest to feign hurt. Both Izuku and Kacchan stared at their friend with equal
confusion, but Shoto seemed to understand.

‘Ah shit, I snitched!’ He gasped, slapping a hand over his mouth. His drunken boyfriend quickly
beckoned Izuku to come closer and whispered loudly into his ear, ‘I did not hear that from
Kirishima.’

Izuku couldn’t help the snort that escaped him. It quickly escalated and he burst into a fit of
laughter, ignoring how several people turned to look at him curiously. Izuku waved them off and
wiped a tear from his eye. After he regained his composure, he lifted his palm to cup Shoto’s
cheek. His boyfriend leant into the touch affectionately, filling Izuku with warmth.
‘You’re very cute.’ He commented, earning a pout from his partner. ‘I’m going to go talk to Iida-
kun now, so stay out of trouble, okay?’

Shoto managed to somehow pout even more, so Izuku did the only logical thing he could do. He
leant forward and captured soft lips with his own. Shoto kissed him back almost hungrily and when
Izuku pulled away, he chased the kiss.

‘I’ll be back in five, my love.’ He smiled brightly and turned to leave.

He managed two entire steps before he heard Shoto inhale sharply.

‘Fuck me.’ He muttered, before unabashedly smacking Izuku's arse.

‘Shoto!’ He squeaked, a blush forming on his cheeks as he whipped his head around, ass tingling.
Izuku then watched, mouth agape in shock, as his boyfriend giggled in response – that’s new – and
turned around. He continued to stare as Shoto nonchalantly made his way towards the sofas,
seemingly unaware of what he had done.

Izuku sighed and took a minute to compose himself, before he resumed his task of tracking Iida
down, asking him for a more accurate update on what had been happening during his absence and
most importantly, what shenanigans his boyfriend had been up to.

Shoto hummed to himself as he stumbled over to the sofas where some of the more reserved
members of his class were chatting. He plopped down onto the empty seat next to Koda and
listened as he was animatedly telling a story about a baby blackbird who had flown into his dorm a
few weeks ago.

‘She tried to fly back out of the window but somehow kept faceplanting the glass even though the
window WAS OPEN!’ Shoto distantly recalled just how quiet Koda had been during their first
year. Either his confidence had increased drastically during his time at UA or, like Shoto, his
inhibitions had been lowered by the alcohol. Shoto had to admit he wasn’t sure which it was.

Koda sighed heavily. ‘I eventually calmed her down and gave her some pets. She’s called Patricia-
san and she told me her mum was probably worried about her, so I said “Well, let’s go find your
mum then” and brought her downstairs and set her down on the grass outside.’
‘That’s very kind of you to help Patricia out like that.’ Shoji commented, extending an arm to pat
Koda on the back.

‘I concur.’ Tokoyami nodded. ‘You possess a great deal of kindness, my friend.’

‘Wait, wait! That’s not it though!’ Koda raised a hand to cover his mouth as he giggled softly.
Shoto leant forward in his seat, fully invested. ‘The thing is, when I set her down, she sat there for
a moment… Then suddenly she took off and flew straight into the shed on the other side of the
field. Like Patricia-san, sweetie, I love you but you’re dumb.’

Shoto snorted loudly, while the other two chuckled with amusement.

‘Anyway, everything was all well and good, until this evening.’ Koda continued. ‘I was sitting in
my room, then suddenly there was a loud bang, so I went to check it out and IT WAS PATRICIA-
SAN!’

‘You're kidding?!’ Shoto exclaimed.

‘I know right?!’ Koda lifted his hands. ‘She flew into MY CLOSED WINDOW! And then she just
kind of sat herself down on the windowsill and contemplated all of her life decisions, so I gave her
some more head pats and told her it was okay. Eventually, her mum called her and she straight up
launched herself off the windowsill.’

Shoto burst out laughing at the mental image, chuckling freely next to Koda, who looked at him
with wide eyes, clearly not expecting such a reaction. Shoto felt his face heat up as his ribs began to
ache.

Why am I laughing so much?!

‘Patricia is oddly relatable.’ Shoji commented, eyes crinkled with amusement, then he turned to
face Shoto. ‘She kind of reminds me of Midoriya back in our first year.’

‘Oh damn, you’re right!’ Shoto gasped, his eyes owlish. He was silent for a moment as his mind
formulated several theories. Eventually, he came up with one that only sober him and drunks – also
him – could think of. ‘Maybe…’

‘Todoroki, we’ve talked about this.’ Tokoyami warned, immediately aware of what was about to
happen.

‘Patricia-’ He raised his hands.

‘Stop.’

‘is-’ He pointed his index fingers at each other.

‘Midoriya will be upset.’

‘Izuku and Tokoyami’s secret love child!’

His two fingers connected.

Everyone around him fell silent, except for Shoji, who loudly smacked his forehead with an
exasperated hand. The other two merely stared at Shoto as if he had grown a second head. He
looked between them, wondering why they weren’t as blown away as he was…

Then he looked at Tokoyami and it clicked.

He stood up and pointed an accusatory finger at his classmate. ‘Have you been sleeping with my
boyfriend?!’

If Tokoyami had eyebrows, they would have shot up at that.

‘Of course not!’ He all but squawked. ‘What are you talking about?!’

‘Fine, have it your way.’ Shoto closed his eyes and swayed his right hand, brandishing a sword
made from his ice. ‘Draw your weapon, for I will gladly duel you for Izuku’s love!’

‘I don’t even-’

‘No one is duelling anyone for my love.’ The man of the hour announced as he rushed over to the
group, out of breath.

‘Izuku! But-’

‘Shoto. Honey. Sweetie. Love of my life. Jesus fucking Christ, put the sword down.’

Wordlessly, Shoto dropped the weapon, then glared out of the corner of his eye at Tokoyami.
Izuku must have noticed because he walked over and placed a hand on Shoto’s shoulder. ‘Let’s all
take a deep breath. Come on, Sho, do it with me. In and hold. And out.’

Shoto followed Izuku’s instructions until he felt a little calmer.

‘Are you cheating on me with Tokoyami?’ He looked up at Izuku with sad eyes. When Izuku
cocked his head to the side, completely lost, he continued. ‘And do you two have a daughter named
Patricia together, whom you named Koda as Godfather?’

‘D- Don’t get me involved!’ Koda exclaimed, frantically waving his hands in front of him.

‘Shoto. In the nicest way possible, what the fuck are you talking about?’

‘Allow me to explain, Midoriya.’ Tokoyami stepped forward. He closed his eyes and inhaled
dramatically before opening them again and sighing. ‘Todoroki started theorising again.’

Shoto huffed.

That wasn’t much of an explanat-

‘I completely understand.’ Izuku sighed, interrupting Shoto’s thoughts. ‘Give me one second,
Tokoyami-kun.’

His boyfriend then took Shoto’s hand and led him a few metres away. When they were out of
earshot, Izuku then turned to face him, face patient. ‘Explain your theory.’

‘Koda found a clumsy bird called Patricia who flies into stuff all the time and Shoji said that she
reminded him of you back in first year, but then I realised that Patricia is a bird and Tokoyami is
part bird, so therefore the only explanation is that Patricia is your sec-’

‘Do you hear yourself right now?’ Izuku interrupted, lip quivering with amusement.

‘Yes?’ Shoto squinted at his partner until he suddenly realised.

He had been a complete moron.

‘Ah shit.’

‘There we go.’ Izuku snorted, patting his shoulder. ‘Please don’t drink alcohol again.’

‘I don’t know what you’re talking about.’ Shoto crossed his arms and huffed.

‘Right, sure.’ His boyfriend raised his hands defensively. ‘So, here’s what’s going to happen.
You’re gonna go and apologise to poor Tokoyami-kun AND Dark Shadow-san, who likely heard
all of that. Then, you’ll go get yourself some water while I smooth everything over. Okay?’

‘Okay.’ Shoto nodded, head wobbling lazily but sincerely. He frowned with determination, took
Izuku’s hand and quick-walked over to the group using a technique that Iida had taught him back in
their first year.

Tokoyami looked at him suspiciously, hands on his hips. While they had been talking, Dark
Shadow had emerged and was now hiding behind Tokoyami. In the background, Shoji and Koda
watched from their seats with some popcorn.
Where did they get that? I’m hungry now… Shoto shook his head – he had an important task to
complete. Food later.

He exhaled and bowed, eyeing a stain on the carpet. ‘Tokoyami, I apologise for my behaviour. It
was unchivalrous to accuse you of being a homewrecker… And Dark Shadow, I didn’t mean to
make you upset. You’re dear friends to me and I hope you can forgive me.’

Shoto suddenly felt some sort of apparition surrounding him and looked up to find Dark Shadow
hugging him, while Tokoyami crossed his arms and gave him a small smile.

‘Liberate yourself from such worries, my dear Todoroki.’ He remarked. ‘To be honest, it was
rather diverting – even the darkness could not trample your whimsical musings.’

Shoto nodded slowly, not quite understanding.

‘He forgives you.’ Izuku whispered. ‘Go on now. Get your water.’

‘Okay.’ Before he left, he looked back. ‘Thank you, Tokoyami.’

The aforementioned bowed his head and Shoto wandered off in search of some water, while Izuku
began to chat with their classmates.

Shoto manoeuvred his way around several items of furniture, towards the kitchen. However, before
he could reach his destination, he quickly became distracted by the girls of 3A, who were chatting
together around the unlit fireplace. Shoto heard them giggle to themselves and thought they must
be enjoying themselves. Wanting to also enjoy himself, he wandered over to see what was going
on.

When they noticed him, they all smiled wide, which Shoto thought was nice of them. He waved
back in response.

‘I’m lesbian. Kero.’ Tsu had been saying.

‘I thought you were American?’ Ashido winked back. She then shrieked when several pillows were
thrown at her.

‘I thought the American one was All Might?’ Shoto slurred out.

‘Say that to Deku-kun next time you see him, I dare you!’ Uraraka laughed.

‘I dutifully accept.’ Shoto bowed, eliciting a few sniggers.

When he then scanned around for somewhere to sit, Uraraka shifted into Tsu’s lap to make room
for him on one of the carpet cushions.

‘You can sit here, Todoroki-kun!’ She beamed.

‘Thank you, Uraraka. That’s very kind of you.’ He commented idly, as he sank down onto the
fluffy pink pillow and crossed his legs.

‘Oh please, she just wanted an excuse to sit in Tsu’s lap.’ Ashido snorted.

‘Nevertheless,’ Shoto lifted a finger in front of him and turned to look at Uraraka. ‘It was still nice
of you. You’re a good friend and I treasure you.’

‘Todoroki-kun!’ Uraraka exclaimed, tears in her eyes.

Oh no, had he said something wrong? He was always doing that.

His worries were quickly put to rest when she threw herself forwards and enveloped him a tight
hug. ‘You’re very nice too! I’m so glad we’re friends!’

Ah, they’re happy tears.

Uraraka ruffled his hair, mixing red and white together, before pulling away. Shoto just sat there in
response, not really knowing what to do with himself. He shuffled slightly, until he was suddenly
handed another cocktail, this time from Jirou. She mentioned something about it being a reward for
beating Kaminari earlier, which left Shoto very confused. He couldn’t even remember the last time
he had trained with Kaminari, let alone the last time he had beaten him… although he figured the
two events had occurred at the same time.

‘I don’t think beating Kaminari warrants a reward.’ As soon as the words were out of his mouth,
Shoto felt slightly bad, but when the entire group of girls burst out laughing, he figured it was
probably fine.

‘Oh, Todoroki.’ Jirou wiped a tear from her eye and held the drink back out to him. ‘Sometimes,
you really get me.’

Shoto didn’t know how to respond to that, so he simply shrugged and took the drink without
question.

He sipped it slowly – vaguely remembering what Kirishima had said about pacing, and not at all
remembering what Izuku had said about getting water – and found himself trying to figure out what
the girls in front of him were talking about.

‘So, I was talking to this guy the other day.’ Ashido was saying, hand gestures flying everywhere.
‘Met him at an internship a couple months back and thought he was cute, so y’know, we swapped
numbers, started chatting, all going well.’

She paused for what Shoto assumed was dramatic effect. ‘We met up a few days ago and I shit you
not, it was amazing. You girls know I don’t say this lightly, but my god, his tongue!’

A few of the girls giggled in response, while Uraraka whispered something to Tsu, making her
blush.

Shoto, meanwhile, stroked his chin in thought. He didn’t think people were meant to talk about
their sexual activities in front of their peers, although the rules might be different when alcohol was
involved? Maybe it was just because of his sheltered home life? Either way, he felt like he should
contribute; prove he knew what people his age usually talked about.

‘According to Izuku, I am very good at blowjobs.’ He piped up, confidently.

Uraraka sprayed her drink everywhere, while the others simultaneously turned to look at him in
silence, expressions bemused.

‘Erm, Todoroki, what did you just say?’ Jirou asked, raising an eyebrow.

‘I said that I’m very good at blowjobs.’

Ashido and Hagakure cackled, while Momo smiled, biting her lip to control herself. Uraraka, who
had just recovered, promptly started choking, while Tsu helpfully smacked her on the back. Shoto,
personally, wasn't quite sure what the big fuss was about; it seemed like an appropriate statement
for the topic they were talking about.

‘What? Why’re you all laughing?’ He asked, genuinely confused.

‘Being a bit cocky, aren’t we, Todoroki-kun?’ Hagakure managed through gasps. ‘Pun intended.’

‘I’m not being cocky… Izuku told me. He thought I’d had previous experience until I told him I
hadn’t-’

‘TODOROKI SHOTO!’ He heard a shriek behind him and turned to find Izuku, face crimson and
staring at him in shock.

Cute .

‘What in the name of All Might are you doing now?!’

‘I’m telling them about how you told me that I’m good at blow-'

‘YEAH, NO! I got that part, but why?!’ His boyfriend was very flustered, while the girls burst into
more fits of laughter.
‘Because…’ Shoto tilted his head to the side questioningly. ‘It’s true?’

‘Oh my days.’ Izuku sighed, face in his hands, embarrassed. ‘I can’t leave you alone for two
minutes.’

Shoto felt very disappointed that he could no longer see his boyfriend’s face, so he got up and
stood in front of him. He grabbed Izuku’s hands clumsily and pulled them away from his face.
Izuku looked at him, emerald eyes wide. He looked so beautiful that Shoto couldn’t help himself.
He bent his head and kissed the corner of Izuku’s right eye, then his left eye. Then he kissed his
nose tenderly.

‘Are you mad at me?’ Shoto pouted, hugging his boyfriend and hiding his face in the crook of his
neck.

‘I’m not mad, my love.’ Izuku whispered, so only Shoto could hear. He massaged messy red and
white hair, as he kissed Shoto’s temple. ‘Although I won’t lie, I’m very embarrassed.’

‘You shouldn’t be embarrassed, Izu!’ Shoto slurred. ‘You’re also very good at blowjobs, I just
didn’t think you’d appreciate me telling them that!’

‘No- That’s not what I meant!’ Izuku winced and peeked over Shoto’s shoulder at the girls. Shoto
turned his head and followed his gaze, squishing his cheek against Izuku’s freckled one.

‘Watcha lookin’ at?’ He whispered, conspiringly. The girls had gone back to their previous
conversation, although even Shoto could tell they were more hyper than before.

‘Nothing, Shouchan.’ Izuku sighed. ‘Though I doubt you’re gonna live this down anytime soon.
You’re lucky none of the guys heard that.’

‘Why, was it a bad thing to say?’ Shoto looked at Izuku, worried. ‘I’m sorry for making you sad.’

‘Of course not, silly! Don’t you worry that pretty little head of yours!’ Izuku framed Shoto’s cheeks
with both hands and pressed a kiss to his forehead. ‘I’m not sad at all, come here.’
He cradled Shoto’s head gently as he brought him in for a hug. Shoto resumed nuzzling into his
boyfriend and hummed.

‘You smell nice, like home.’

He heard Izuku chuckle quietly as he stroked his hair.

‘You smell like alcohol.’

‘Meanie!’ Shoto’s head shot up and he booped Izuku on the nose. ‘You hate me.’

‘I love you.’ Izuku replied fondly. When Shoto yawned in response, he huffed. ‘Shall we head to
bed before you do anything else that you’ll probably regret?’

‘Mm, sounds good.’ He kissed Izuku’s toned neck, absentmindedly rubbing his thumb and
forefinger together at his side. ‘I am feeling sleepy.’

‘Do you need me to carry you?’

‘I can walk.’ Shoto pulled back and took Izuku’s hand, letting the latter lead the way. However, he
quickly realised the missed opportunity and tugged Izuku’s hand. ‘Wait.’

Izuku tilted his head to the side and Shoto felt himself blush. ‘My legs and I had a talk, and we
decided that we’re actually quite tired.’

‘Is that so?’ Izuku grinned, before opening his arms. ‘You and your legs better come here then.’

Shoto moved forwards, wrapping his arms around his partner’s neck as he was lifted into a bridal
carry. He leant against Izuku as they walked towards the lift, enjoying the gentle rumble of his
boyfriend’s chest as he bid goodnight to their classmates, whose voices all seemed very distant.
The only thing that felt real was Izuku’s warm presence and that was enough for him.

Suddenly though, a splash of blonde appeared in his vision.

‘Deku! Where do you think you’re going? Too much of a pussy to drink like the rest of us?’

Ah, it’s Bakugou.

‘Kacchan, that’s hardly fair. Iida-kun and Yaoyorozu-san aren’t drinking, plus I had a drink while
talking to Iida-kun and I only got back about fifteen minutes ago!’ Izuku cut himself off before he
started to mumble.

‘Always fucking excuses!’ Bakugou spat. Shoto did not like his tone of voice. ‘This is why I will
beat you. Fucking weaklings, both of you.’

Shoto heard his boyfriend sigh tiredly and frowned.

No one makes my Izuku feel sad!

‘Half and half bastard is too stupid to handle liquor and you’re-'

‘Shut the fuck up, Bakugou.’ Shoto puffed his chest out and tried to look as menacing as possible
while still being held in his boyfriend’s now trembling arms. The blonde immediately stopped
yelling, albeit his eye twitched.

Shoto scowled. ‘We all know you’re only angry all the time because of deeply-rooted childhood
problems, including both a long-lasting superiority complex and an inferiority complex. A
juxtaposition that, in all honesty, is in serious need of being picked apart by a highly-trained
therapist because you’ve realised that you’re not as perfect as you thought you were and that Izuku
is clearly stronger than you. No need to take it out on us.’

Shoto could feel the heat radiating from his boyfriend. ‘Now, if you’ll excuse us, I am very sleepy
and I want my Izu-cuddles.’

He then pulled on Izuku’s shirt. ‘Onwards, noble steed.’

His boyfriend nodded shakily and shoved Bakugou aside, who was frozen to the spot, anger and
bewilderment on his face. Leaving him to stew on Shoto’s words, the pair headed to the lift and
opened the doors. Shoto could feel Izuku holding his breath, as if it was going to make him
invisible.

Once the lift’s doors closed behind them, he heard Izuku exhale loudly. The sound sobered Shoto
up significantly. ‘Only one week left and you won’t have to deal with his shit anymore.’

Izuku jumped, clearly surprised at the calmness in Shoto’s voice.

‘Yeah, that’s true… He’s manageable now though. The same can’t be said for you when you’re
drunk. You go around picking fights and talking about our sex life.’

Izuku’s grin betrayed his words.

‘The people need to know.’ Shoto shrugged, his lip twitching.

‘They most certainly do not!’

When the lift chimed, they stumbled out and made it to Izuku’s room in one piece. Once the door
shut behind them, Shoto took in his surroundings. While his boyfriend had slightly toned down on
the All Might merchandise over the years, there was still enough yellow plastered to the walls and
shelves that Shoto felt dizzy just looking at them.

Izuku approached his bed and lowered Shoto onto the mattress. ‘You get undressed while I get you
some water, seen as you couldn’t do it yourself.’

‘Perv.’

Izuku swatted his head playfully before wandering into the bathroom. Shoto smiled softly at his
boyfriend, watching him go and admiring the way his clothes clung to his figure tightly. Once out
of sight, Shoto then sighed and stripped down to his boxers. He was still incredibly drunk, but he
felt more aware of himself now, which he thought was good… Until he recalled all that he had
done downstairs.
He groaned into his hands, just as Izuku walked back in with a glass of water. His boyfriend
quickly set the liquid down and ran over to him.

‘Sho, you okay? Are you ill?’

The concern in his voice caused Shoto to moan even louder.

‘I’m an idiot!’ He whined, shaking his head. ‘I can’t believe I did all that!’

He heard a snort and lowered his hands from his face. Izuku’s shoulders were shaking and he was
smiling. His boyfriend was laughing at him!

‘I’m sorry!’ He giggled when Shoto gaped at him, betrayed.

‘It’s not funny! It’s embarrassing!’

‘Well, now you know how I felt!’

Shoto huffed. He chose to ignore his giggling boyfriend and reached for the water he had set aside.
He quickly gulped down the entire contents, suddenly feeling incredibly refreshed. After he placed
the empty glass back on the bedside table, he felt strong arms wrap around his waist from behind
as soft kisses were pressed along his shoulders.

‘Mmm, feels nice.’ He commented lazily, letting Izuku drag him into a lying position. Shoto turned
in his boyfriend’s arms and leant in for a languid kiss, which Izuku gladly accepted.

Sighing into his mouth, Shoto realised just how lucky he was to have such a wonderful man by his
side. Izuku was his best friend, his lover, his hero. He needed his boyfriend to know just how much
he meant to him.

Feeling a sudden heat in his stomach, Shoto let out a needy whine and opened his mouth,
deepening the kiss. Izuku slipped a curious tongue in, causing Shoto to moan quietly in response.
Needing to feel more, he reached out and ran his hands along Izuku’s toned pectorals and down his
torso, only just noticing that his boyfriend was also only in his boxers.
He must have changed in the bathroom, not that Shoto was complaining – easy access, after all.
However, just as he moved to grip Izuku’s tight arse, his boyfriend reluctantly pulled away,
smiling at him lovingly. Shoto panted heavily, his gaze darting between Izuku’s gorgeous eyes and
his kiss-bruised lips.

‘You can’t keep your hands off my butt tonight, can you?’ His partner teased.

‘It’s a good butt.’ Shoto shrugged, giving one of his cheeks a squeeze. Izuku chuckled at the
action, as he lifted a calloused hand out and massaged his scalp. He swallowed heavily and leant
into the touch. ‘Fuck, I love you so much.’

‘I love you too.’ Izuku kissed his nose. ‘But I recall you saying that you were sleepy and were in
serious need of some Izu-cuddles.’

‘Hmph.’ Shoto pouted, crossing his arms petulantly. ‘Only if I can be little spoon.’

Izuku smiled lovingly.

‘Of course, my love.’

After they got settled into bed, Izuku wrapped his arms around Shoto protectively. As he felt his
consciousness drifting, Shoto’s eyes suddenly shot wide open.

‘Izuku?’ He tried to keep his voice as serious as possible.

Izuku hummed questioningly.

Shoto smiled. ‘Is All Might American… or lesbian?’

Most of this may or may not be based on several true stories… Have fun guessing which
