    What a nice surprise to receive your (e-mail/letter)!
    When was it that we saw each other last - in April? I hope you are well! I'm
    recovering from a flue but I'm already feeling much better.
    As you were asking for my opinion on (put topic). I find it a bit difficult to answer but
    I's suggest you (do something). You could also (do something else). Last but not least
    (make a third suggestion) might be a god idea.
