The idea behind preparing this customer service manual originated

from our renewed efforts in providing better service to our valued

customers. In alignment with this strategy, Customer-focus is our

our customer - YOU. With this Fit Out Guide, we aim to make your

living more comfortable by providing you helpful hints and guidelines

on maintaining your cherished home. Our research shows that a little

durable for many years, providing you and your family safety, security

Guidelines for furnishing of information/ Conditions for issue

1. Please attach & submit 02 copies of passport size photographs.

2. Please attach a photocopy of relevant documents applicable (Drivers License, PAN


card, Ration card, UID card, Police verification letter)

3. No identity card will be issued in case police verification is not submitted for drivers/
domestic staff.

4. It is mandatory to display ID cards at all times while in the Runwal Forests premises.

5. The ID card is not transferrable and to be surrendered at the time of leaving service/
completion, earlier termination of contracts.

6. In case domestic help/ driver has left the job, flat owner has the right to seek
cancellation of the ID cards requested by them.

7. By making this application for the driver/ domestic help/ contractor/ vendor/ regular
visitors undertake to behave in responsible manner so as to avoid inconvenience to
the residents and maintain the decorum of the campus.

8. Instances wherein drivers/ maids leave the present employment without giving any
notice and/ without clearing the advances from its existing employers, shall be banned
from seeking alternate employment in the premises in order to inculcate sense of
discipline. The drivers/ domestic help would require to take NOC from his/ her present
employer to take alternate employment in the premises.

9. Drivers/ domestics helps will not be permitted in the premises, in cases of reported
misbehavior with exiting employer/s. Security has been empowered to treat such
cases strictly, including reporting the matter to Police.

10. Loss/ theft of ID card must be reported immediately to Security Department of


Runwal Forests to prevent misuse.
