New Holland is the established leader in the design of speciality tractors. The revolutionary T4000 FNV Series pioneered
the development of small, safe, agile and powerful tractors purposed developed for use in the most demanding of
conditions. This heritage has been carried over to the proven T4 tractor series, with T4F, T4N and T4V meeting the
specific demands of fruit, narrow orchard and vineyard operators. Now there is a new member of the family, the T4 LP.
These new Low Profile LP tractors share the proven design of the T4 tractor series but are fitted with wider and stronger
heavy duty axles, with a front axle capacity of 2500kg. Offered with a choice of ROPS platform or full cab, T4 LP tractors
can be specified with rear tyre sizes of up to 420/70R30 and offer a rear lift capacity of 2600kg. This enables these
tractors to meet the demands for a low height but stable tractor, for use in steep orchards and vineyards with the added
security of a cab model for use in mountainous regions. Four T4 LP models, with nominal outputs spanning 75 to 105hp,
are available with a choice of transmission to suit specific end user demands. A proven heritage, excellent after sales
support and reduced whole-life operating costs all come as standard.
New Holland builds upon proud LP heritage
Between 1985 and 2001, FIAT produced its 66 LP and 86 LP
tractor models. Offering a reduced overall height and wide
axles for stability in steep terrain, these Low Profile LP models
soon became the default small tractor choice for use in more
extreme terrain. New Holland T4 LP tractors take their design
DNA from these proven FIAT models, but with modern advances
in performance, comfort, safety and economy. By offering
end users a choice of ROPS platform or full cab, New Holland
re-establishes its position as the default 75 to 105hp tractor
choice for tractors used in demanding terrain.

4 5 The range
From the outset, New Holland developed the T4 LP tractor to meet two diverse end user demands. The first are
operators looking for a low height tractor for use in applications to include fruit production and viticulture in steep terrain.
The second are operators working in mountainous areas where a low centre of gravity, good rear lift capacity and
wide track stability are paramount. Offering good power to weight ratios, a low centre of gravity and a specification
choice to suit specific demands, T4 LP tractors make a versatile small tractor choice. With New Holland, versatility
comes as standard.
In-built strength
Carried over from its T4 utility cousin, the
front and rear axles on the T4 LP have
strength to accommodate the wider width,
with a new cast front axle support.
The rear axle has a capcity of 3700kg,
the rear linkages lifting 2600kg. A 1360kg
capacity front linkage is available.
Lift-O-Matic™ Plus
Available on cab versions only, the award winning
mechanical hydraulic control system allows you to raise
or lower the rear linkage when making a headland turn,
while still maintaining position and draft settings.
By pulling or pushing the lever all the way, the implement
quickly and completely raises or lowers, if the lever is
released, the implement immediately stops at the height
corresponding to the implement position. A gentle push
or pull on the lever allows for minor adjustments.
