    1 Check compressor outlet valve is in open position(ok-valve is in open position)
    2 Check for any oil leakage from compressor (OK – No oil leakage)
    3 Check for any accumulation of water around compressor(ok-no water accumulation)
    4 Check for any air leakage from air lines in and around pump house*(ok no air leakage)
    5 Check for abnormal sound from compressor motor and screw body(ok no abnormal sound)
    6 Check near compressor for overheating(ok-no over heating))
    7 Check for air leakage through receiver inlet, outlet valve and NRV ( OK- No air leakage)
    8 Check air delivery pressure (OK=>5 Bar)
    9 Check physical condition of all pressure gauge ( OK- No damage)
    10 Check physical condition of air receiver ( OK- No damage)
    11 Check manual check valve at receiver bottom is in closed condition (ok closed position)
    12 Check physical condition of air dryer ( OK- No damage)

    1 Check pump for overheating ( OK- No overheating)

    2 Check motor for overheating ( OK- No overheating)

    3 Check pump gland leakage (OK – water leakage under limit)

    4 Check pump & motor abnormal sound (OK- No abnormal sound)

    5 Check for coupling guard position (OK- Guard @ proper position)

    6 Check delivery pressure ( OK=>5 bar)

    Check water level and availability of water in inlet tank ( OK- above safe level)
