I know you guys think that I am incompetent and that I am unable to handle my own commercial affairs.
Well I have been properly educated and trained in the utilization of negotiable instruments. Recently I have
educated myself and I will now take on that responsibility for myself. So I am notifying you that any
presumption that you guys may have as government officials of me being incompetent is hereby rebutted
and that you ALL are fired, If there is any presumption that you guys are acting in my stead as trustees on
my behalf. Now; here is my Birth Certificate it’s valued at a net worth 120,000,000.00 U.S. dollars; and a
bond for that amount for funding of my account. I am giving you this bond based off of my labor,
exemption, energy and my assets for past, present, and future earnings. As of this notice here also is my
wishes they come with my instructions which are as follows : Whenever I send a presentment to you
through the Treasury department I want you to take the principle off of that bond and set it off, dollar for
dollar against that public debt. Since you guys took all of the gold and silver from the people of the united
states of America, we can no longer pay, we can only setoff or discharge the debts with fiat currency. Now
if you guys wish to take this bond and invest it and generate a profit, you can keep a 100% of the
proceeds; I am fine with that. I understand that as a trustee of this particular instrument you should be
compensated this is how I will allow for you to be compensated. However if you decide to keep this bond, I
likewise need for you to set off the debt of my future presentments. Furthermore I hold each of you guys
harmless. I plan to assist with the urgent matter of this country and its bankruptcy the best way I can with
my sincerest regards.
