11. Payment for Cheque/DD/Cash for Web 4 Solutions. payable at Delhi NCR
12. Google promotion is depending upon Google strategy for fist page.
13. Company will not be responsible for any stability on Google first page.
14. We are trying to present your website on Google first page within 30 days.
15. Promotion course duration is 90 days for better results.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties, and revokes and
supersedes all prior agreements between the parties and is intended as a final expression of
their Agreement. All schedules referenced in this Agreement shall be incorporated into this
Agreement by this reference. This Agreement shall not be modified or amended except in
writing signed by the parties hereto and specifically referring to this Agreement. This
Agreement shall take precedence over any other documents which may conflict with this
Agreement.
