1. INTRODUCTION
Petroleum Engineering & Development Company (PEDEC) has intended to
transfer Light Crude Oil and Heavy Crude Oil from Gurreh facilities in
Bushehr Province to Jask Port in Hormozgan Province with the capacity of
1,000,000 bbl/day via approximately 1000 km pipeline.
This project has been divided to some sub projects including a 42” pipeline
with approximately 1000 km length, five Pump Stations, two Trap Stations
and one Terminal.
2. DEFINITIONS

6. PRIORITY

This requisition sets out the minimum requirements for the supply and does not
relieve the vendor of his full responsibility for the design and the reliable operation
of the elements supplied.
Therefore the Vendor will be liable for the correct mechanical operation of any
auxiliary elements involved
Vendor shall guarantee the operation of the equipment to the specified design
conditions. Vendor shall guarantee the engineering, materials and workmanship of
the equipment for a period of 18 months after successful start-up as minimum.
Under this warranty, all materials, parts, and assemblies found to be defective
during the guarantee period shall be replaced by Vendor. Vendor shall also, if
required, supply the services of an experienced engineer to supervise the
necessary repairs and replacements.
All documentation should be written in English language.
Purchaser or its Client's acceptance of Vendor's drawings or data with or without
comments does not relieve the Vendor of the responsibility of complying with all
terms, conditions, codes, standards, requirements of this requisition and project
specifications.
Any comments on drawing and / or Vendor data that will be submitted in
accordance with Vendor document approval process shall be incorporated by
Vendor and shall not affect the contracted price as far as they are in line with the
requirements of this specification, and/or good industrial engineering practice.
If required for satisfactory performance and full compliance with the attached
specification all required accessories and/or components shall be provided by
Vendor whatever or not said devices are herein specified.
Vendor shall establish and submit for approval a detailed list of recommended
spare parts for first two (2) years of continuous operation of the plant, specifying
quantities, unitary prices and schedule for delivery at bid stage. Two year spare
parts should be delivered with the main equipment.
