     A Prime minister is usually the leader of the government of a country that is a


    constitutional monarchy, and a country with a parliamentary system or another system of
    government while the term president usually refers to the head of state of a country that is
    a republic. In some systems of government, the president is both the head of state and the
    leader of the government.
