Education plays a very important role in national construction. Because education turns people
into smart citizens who are honest to the country. Appropriate or correct education can enable
an independent citizen to move toward a developed country (economic growth takes the form
of an increase in per capita income or GDP growth rate, political sensitivity, and social
responsibility to society and the country). Citizens of the country, people’s hospitality, culture,
moral values, labor force (youth power), and technological growth mainly in broader "social
control" have become their identities in the world.
Education is an important investment in human and economic development and is affected by
the environment in which education is located. Changes in technology, labor market patterns,
and the overall global environment require policy responses. Traditions, cultures and beliefs are
reflected in the educational system and are also influenced by them. The elements of continuity
and change are eternal, and it is up to society to determine their pace and direction.
We live in a society of exploration and innovation. The needs of the 21st century are novelty,
creativity, and the integration of global knowledge, research, critical and analytical thinking.
Rapid social changes are bringing uncertainty and complexity to society. In order to prepare
children and young people for the current situation, it is necessary to develop analytical and
critical thinking, skills and attitudes to make them more flexible and innovative in the face of
uncertainties and crises at the national and global levels.
It may be easier to educate a child at the beginning than to educate him when he is already
formed. Therefore, children's books are not only a form of entertainment, but they instill
intelligence and values. In Russia, the United States, and Japan, children's literature is
considered a great cultural and educational phenomenon, and it is the responsibility of the
state to create children's books. The obvious and potential function of children's literature is to
spread knowledge, myths, customs, values, folklore, legends, superstitions and beliefs, which
are part of the culture. Textbook
is the most widely used teaching tool that represents our national culture. Textbooks reveal
our national values, culture and the ideology of a nation. A good textbook can be a "master at
the printing press," sometimes even better than an ordinary master. In fact, they have an
impact on national integration by sharing a common national culture. The selection,
organization, and presentation of textbook topics reflect the philosophy, integrity, values, and
intellectual thoughts of a nation.
