world is a whole, more and more global problems appear that need all of our effords.
First, enviromental problems such as climate changes affect the world. The greenhouse effect is expected to
increase the earth's temperature by 1-2 degrees. These phenomena cannot be solved without the cooperation

Second, covid 19 is a virus that is endangering everyone's life in the world. We as we are witnessing the
ravages of this disease. It does not discriminate against any country, ethnicity, religion,…
Third, the world has many countries, and each country has different development. It would be difficult for
poor countries to solve their own problems without the help of the world community.

is the task of all the government in the world.
It is true that, rich people become richer and poor people grow poorer. It is said that the richest makes up 1%
of people in the world, however, accounts for 90% of the total wealth. This causes a huge inequality. It is
difficult that poor people hardly have access to high quality education and treatment systems.(lặp cấu trúc :It

In my opinion, government plays a major role in bridging the gap between the rich and the poor.

I agree with the idea that police officer should be forced to carry gun along with them. I believe that I believe
when this matter is well controlled this lead to reduction in the rate of violence.
First, we should create a friendly environment rather than reluctant compliance policeman armed with
weapons may deter dangerous crimes. Police officers should appear to help people rather than rebuke them.

It is true that, in some countries where police officers allow to use guns like the USA, there is a higher rate of

as harmful as smoking.
First, too many food commercial advertising on apps, television and mobile phone stimulates
appetite, lead to uncontrolled buying in food products. The commercial strategy targeted at wide
range of customers may render a lifetime eating habit comprising fat-base items which is at the root
of cardiovascular diseases in human, being identical to cigarettes
Eating too much fast food causes obesity, it is the main cause of many diseases such as blood
pressure and diabetes, compared to smoking being the cause of dangerous illnesses such as lung

police can use guns, the citizens are allowed to use gun, there are many lives were killed because of weapon
such as XXXTentaction , for example, a rapper, was killed by a gun because of robbery, therefrom, that is
one of the most reasons why police force to carry gun along themself

I partly disagree with this statement

The avertising of food products does not have a big impact on the viewer's eating, not like
smoking, food is more expensive than cigarette, this can lead to viewers' restraint on eating.
Besides, overeating is unpopular in society, nowadays, people focus more in healthy lifestyle such
as being vegetarian, doing exercise regularly. Smoking is more harmful than overeating, it great
impact on human lungs in long term, because there is an of addictive substance, in contrast to it,
overeating cannot be addictive for humans. Eating too much or not depends on the psychology of
each person, some people will feel hungry and really want to eat after watching the advertisement,
the other do not. Moreover, it also helps people in setting up a menu or changing their daily diet,
food advertisements do more good than harm to people.

From my viewpoint, I do not concur with this statement. Goverments should also assist aliens neighboring
friends by among their capability.
Firstly, citizenry is like an priority factor which governments must concentrate on. Governments is voted by
population. This election services for the sake of all citizen in a country. Taxes through which citizen
perform their obligation for paying the taxes contribute to national budget attend attached to citizen and the
benefit of the whole country. Also, the fundamental purpose of the governments is being for improving the
living standard of people in their own countries. Expecially in the complex covid-19 situation, this budget
would help much for own countries.

From my view point, I do not concur with this statement.
Firstly, in some the policy of countries, the police is armed with gun when they are doing their mission.
Having been armed, police can control criminals and take them to prison easier . Although the admission of
carrying gun may increase the violence rate in a country, gun-wielding police assist ensure public safety and
quell the terrorist violence. However,The government should ban citizenry of using arm devices and allow
police to use it in some case, since carrying firearm might provoke violence, in addition,for example Some
police misuse weapon to get into fight not only with criminals but also with citizen.

It is nessary to perform prohibition of advertisements for both some food products and smoking.
It can be clearly seen that consuming an enormous food is a detriment detrimental to people’s
health conditions, that also act in smoking. Among the analysis, the amount of people who getting
fat owing to food overdose is increasing in each day, they take excessive food, that may cause the
fats in their body, potentially resultsing in obesity and other disease . In medicine, doctors think
that the fat is a complex thing to get rid of it and have the same point in smoking. Fats maintains
in parts of body while smokes upholds in our lungs.
In recent years, the number of obese people has been constantly rising at a peak rate in
consequence of overeating. Eating food is like an addictive substance, it brings about numerous
health-related problems such as blood presure or high cholesterol.

with people in the world. Becoming more friendly with neighboring countries is essential. However, if we
break this relationship, it will cause many bad effects. For example, at this time the pandemic situation is
complicated and mutual care between countries through vaccine or facial masks supplying program is very
necessary. In other words, Russia has shared a large amount of vaccines to countries that are having difficulty
such as China, Vietnam, .... If the government only care about their own country, diplomatic relations will
become much more difficult.

recent years. The negative effect of this distance can takes a toll on the whole economy. The indiscriminate
use of money is also one of the economic social effects. When a person become more rich richer, it breeds
related bad behavior such as bullying or lack of respect. The rich will show contempt for the poor and even
bully them. For example, teenagers often think that their family is rich and show no respect for adults and the
poverty. Moreover, they use their own money to cause illegal auctions and make their country more difficult
adversely affect the whole country.

Ngô Thị Thanh Ngân : Firstly, we cannot help but mention that armed police may provoke violence. One of
the most important reason for this issue is people will be afraid and maybe the proportion to against police
rise quickly. Moreover, some police are misuse weapons over the limit to do tackle personal problems. For
example, during a protest in Minneapolis, a 20-year-old black man was shot and killed by police. This
incident also speaks to the discriminate issue in American. People’s trust in police will steep reduction and
engage in violence.

As a result, overeating can be compared to smoking in some aspects of health. Obviously, we all

than smokers. Because there are many addictive ingredients in cigarettes that make it difficult for
smokers to quit. However, a ban on food advertising can make no difference for the people who
loves food. In some cases, people who eat excessive amounts of food tend to be uncontrol their self
when eating, they can still eat more than the average person without watching advertisement.
On the other hand, banning food advertising can be devastating to many food companies.
Moreover, food advertising is another way for people to choose the suitable food for them without

ramifications. One of the major consequences is that the accessibility of healthcare and education services is
limited to poverty-stricken citizens. For example, it is harder for the poor to approach high-quality education
and decent health services.

police force need to be equipped with guns on account of self-defense. Another reasons for my standpoint is
that firearms also prevent the possibility of criminality.

impossible, they should only take care of the their people only. In my point of you view I don’t do not agree
with that opinion as we all know it is hard to help on people in our country but if we have opportunity to help
people in other countries we still have to should do it because I don’t solveIs there a problem it might affect
our country like Covid this is now day we have them to have a good relationship so someday if we have any
issues they can help us to solve it

make many systems which replace people who working by hand. This it led to many people don’t have jobs.
This is the basic reason why many people poor become poorer and rich become richer. Robots used widely
in many factories because they are higher performance. Worker have no way to earn money and where to
stand in our socialty. To solve this problem the government should give the worker job and arrange place for
their work.

agree with that .
As we all know food is necessity necessary for people living. We can’t live without food but we
still can live without cigarette. Although it is one of a reason why many people are overweight but
it is not as harmful as cigarette because cigarette destroy your lungs only it don’t bring any good
benefit for our health. Not like food, food provided energy help people working every day. So it’s
easy to understand if people banned cigarette advertising instead of food advertising in many
countries.

In my point of view, i totally disagree with the statement. It seems to me (1) there are two main reasons why
food advertising should not be banned as the advertising of cigarettes. One reason is that eating is a
compulsory requirement to survive, compared to smoking cigarette is a recreational activity. Therefore,
advertisement is actually the tool to inform a variety of products to customers, hence people can choose
appropriate food and bring benefits for their health. Furthermore, prohibiting advertising of food products is
not fair to manufacturers because the purpose of the advertising of certain food products is to introduce their
products to customers.

Some people argued that we should treat food advertisement the same way cigarette was, since they are
proved to be detrimental to our bodies. I don’t concur with this view however, since the food brands
shouldn’t be blamed for health problems that are not directly caused by them but the customer, and it might
lead to an economic downturn.
The main reason why I don’t support this idea is that problems such as overeating are not directly caused by
the food company, but the people who let their eating habits spiral out of control. Since we have full control
over our body, we should take responsibility for all of our decisions, including food consumption. If the food
have passed through the safety precautions and is proved to be edible, we shouldn’t be allowed to sue the
food company but ourselves since we are fully responsible for indulging ourselves like that.
Another reason I wanted to point out is that banning food advertisements might be detrimental to our
economic.

between overeating and smoking is not resonable. Cigarettes which contain many toxic materials are the
main cause of lung cancer . While overeating is the result of people conscious -> consciousness and food
company. Some People can not control themselves and have no discipline in eating. In addition, many
companies overslate about their product by the images and sounds they use in advertisemen to helps
stimulate appetite (1). Secondly, banning advertisements may cause bad effects for the development of food
industry. They can not access to consumers and promote their products.

overeating such as swinging emotional mood, getting trouble with their relationships with social circles (2),
so they tend to replace their emptiness with food. In sum, no links are found between advertising and

On the other hand, cigarettes do harm but food supply nutrients. Only if we take in large quantities which our
