Good day!

In behalf of the SIRHC NYHL IDEAL EVENTS SERVICES, we offer our best services for the
"event name". This letter serves as an infomative for you which outlines the knowledge and skills we
have in organizing large events and outgrow number of guests in the later part will be remembered
and appreciated.

Our experience with other clients we have served for organizing an event make us unique from other
event organizer especially with regards to its cost. We also have package for the event which offers an
affordable price.

We will be responsible for arranging the set up for entertainment, serving the food and beverage for
the event just give us the basic details including the number of participants, prefer food and beverage
and the theme for the event.

CONTRACT FOR EVENT PLANNING


This agreement made this ____ day of ______________, 2018 by between Sirhc Nyhl Ideal Events
Services hereinafter referred to as: The Event Planner and MS. MARLYN F. GUIANG.
WITNESSTH: In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreement of herein contained. The
Event Planner and The Client hereby agree to the following terms and conditions.
THE BIRTHDAY PLANNER’S RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. The Event Planner shall provide services for the on the ____ day of ______________, 2018 at
the approximate time of 6:00pm located at ANDREA HOTEL, CAUAYAN CITY, ISABELA.
2. The Event Planner will provide the following services under the term of the Agreement.
 E-mail confirmation reserving date, time and location of the 18th birthday and rehearsal
services if applicable
 Review of all vendor contracts and confirmation of vendor services 1-2 weeks prior to the
18th birthday
 Directing services on the 18th birthday for a maximum of four to six hours.
THE CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
1. The client understands that he is responsible for paying for vendor products and services.
2. The client shall not change the date, time and location of the party as listed in paragraph 1 of
this agreement without first contacting and advising the Planner of said change so as to determine if
the planner is still available to provide service.
3. If the client does change the date, time and location of the schedule party. The Planner is
unavailable to provide services, then the planner is released from all contract obligation and shall in no
way be held responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for non-performance. The client also
forfeits the event planner fee for noncompliance with this agreement.
4. A retainer fee of 50% of entire ceremony cost MUST be paid in advance and is required along
with signed contract to book a date and time for party. Retainers fees are not those set out in this
agreement. If any parts of this agreement is adjudged invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining
parts shall not be affected and remain in full force and effect.
5. The clients agree to pay to the event planner a reservation fee of 25,000php for the package plus
any mutually agreed upon additional service or unusual travel expense that the event planner may
incur. To reserve the above date, a NON-refundable retainer fee in the amount of __________ is due
two weeks prior to the ceremony date. If the balance is not received two weeks before 18th birthday
celebration then time and date of reservation are cancelled and may be booked by other parties,
without exception and without notice. Reservation made with less than 21 days remaining until the
party requires a 100% non-refundable payment. Should reservations be cancelled with 21 days or less
remaining before event date. Payment in full is required to avoid legal action. Payments made in full it
reservations cancelled inside of 21 days of the event date.
6. The Client accepts responsibility for purchasing specials items needed for the reception. If the
client requests any special provisions or services from the event Planner. These details shall be
submitted in writing not later than three weeks prior to the birthday celebration. The details and fee
structure will then be noted in an addendum to this contract.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
I. The event planner shall arrive at the location at an agreed upon time to meet the vendors at least
three hours prior to the start of the party.
2. The client gives permission and shall allow the event planner to post a photograph (party and
reception setting on the event Planner's website for viewing by the internet community. The client
acknowledges that this is for promotional purposes only and they do not expect any compensation of
any kind. There shall be no expiration period for this permission.
3. The event planner gives permission and shall allow the client to use any photographs. Videos or
here recording media in which the event planner is in, or part of, in any manner or for any purposes
they wish.
4. This agreement or any attachments constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and may not
be modified except in writing signed by both parties or by the acknowledgement of e-mail received by
both parties. No other representative or promises have been made expect those that are set out in this
agreement. If any part of this agreement is judged invalid. Illegal or
unenforceable. The remaining parts shall not be affected and remain in full force and effect.
5. In the event that any vendor cancels prior to the date of the party, the client agrees that the event
planner may substitute a new vendor with or without advance notice to the client and any additional
costs to be paid by the client.

In witness whereof, the vendor and the client have caused this agreement he signed on 17th day of
February, 2017 at San Jose City, Nueva Ecija.
