Terms & Condition

- Our scope metal work only any wood, glass or other materials excluded.
- All inspections by consultant and handing over to the owner are main contructor’s (Anmat)
responsibility with the technical support from our company (Jawaher Metals Factory).
- Third party laboratory testing of any type is excluded.
- Tower cranes for loading and unloading of materials, mobile cranes, scaffoldings landing platforms,
access equipment and man lifts should be provided by main contructor (Anmat) as per necessity.
- Gate pass for our staff to be provided, if required.
- The quotation was based on the main contructor’s (Anmat) provided drawing and specification. However
any changes, modification, alteration and addition in the quantity shall be subjected for variation/additional
charges.
- The quoted quantity is re measurable and it will invoiced as per the actual delivered area.
Payment Terms:
The undermentioned shall be the terms of agreement until/ unless conclusive terms are agreed upon;
- 50 % of the total amount down payment while we receive your P.O.
- 50 % with delivery.
Delivery Terms:
To be agreed upon base on the schedule and material availability. In general, Delivery Terms 180 working
days.
Validity:
Due to escalating price of raw materials, the validity of our offer is limited only for 30 days, from the date
of this quotation.
