C. Syarat dan Ketentuan

1. Layanan implementasi termasuk : (a) Project management, (b) Testing and Quality Assurance, (c) Full
set of training program for the trainer, (d) Full Set of documentation.
2. Jasa professional untuk user confirmation/requirement, customization, dan data migration merupakan
estimasi berdasarkan pengalaman kami. Setiap tambahan jasa professional lainnya akan dikenakan
biaya sebanyak 3.500.000,-/mandays (berlaku selama satu tahun).
3. Harga belum termasuk PPN 10%.
4. Harga tidak termasuk Server atau Hardware lainnya, dan lisensi Software pihak ke-3.
5. Segala biaya, seperti transportasi, akomodasi, dan pengeluaran pribadi akan dibebankan untuk
pekerjaan atau layanan di luar Jakarta dan / atau di luar jam kantor.
6. Masa Garansi: 3 bulan setelah UAT selesai dilaksanakan.
7. Total Annual Maintenance Fee adalah: 18% per tahun dari Total Software untuk CONFINS R2
(Module & Customization) dan 20% per tahun dari Total Software untuk eGL.
8. Termin pembayaran dari Software dan Implementasi yaitu sebagai berikut :
- 30 % DP setelah proposal atau MoU ditandatangani.
- 20 % setelah dokumen gap analysis ditandatangani.
- 40 % setelah dokumen User Acceptance Test (UAT) ditandatangani.
- 10 % pada akhir masa garansi.
9. Credit term: pembayaran harus dilakukan dalam jangka waktu 7 hari setelah invoice diterima.
10. Untuk tujuan mobilisasi tim, project hanya dapat dimulai 30 hari setelah pembayaran pertama (30 %
DP) diterima.
11. Surat penawaran ini berlaku selama tiga puluh (30) hari dari tanggal yang tertera.
