SYNOPSIS
This internship synopsis is prepared in consultation with the faculty mentor. An internship is a
unique learning experience that integrates studies with practical work. This agreement is written
by the student in consultation with the faculty mentor. It shall serve to clarify the educational
purpose of the internship and to ensure an understanding of the total learning experience among
the principal parties involved.

Company Introduction:
Angel broking Company is one of the largest retail broking houses in India in terms of active clients on
NSE as of June 30, 2020.Financial products distribution to our clients under the brand “Angel Broking”.
Our broking and allied services are offered through (i) our online and digital platforms, and (ii) our
network of over 11,000 authorized Persons .We manage ₹ 132,540 million in client assets and over 2.15
million operational broking accounts as of June 30, 2020. Angel Broking Limited (formerly known as
Angel Broking Private Limited) is a member of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), National Stock
Exchange (NSE), Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India (MSEI), NCDEX & MCX. Angel Broking
Limited (formerly known as Angel Broking Private Limited) is also registered as a Depository
Participant with CDSL .
It has been a great learning from this organization. I had been given an orientation about the
organization. As a finance and market profiler, I work for a sub-broker. Its 3 month internship
process, started on 5th may . Trainings is provided on weekends for 2-3 hours to acquire skills to
excel in this role. Also, the various concepts of Financial markets are taught to build knowledge

and better understanding of working which eventually result in better performance Our task and
further details about the research and business development are mentioned below:
Job Description
 Making report of the ratio and proportion made individually by every client
 Making Management thesis of client and sharing the same report weekly
 Making Financial plan and doing Financial analysis for clients.
 Regularly sharing the market research and competitive strategy.
Task 1: Research
 Researching on market intermediaries, Performing Fundamental analysis and technical

analysis.
 Conducting a Research on Mutual Funds and type of MF schemes.
 Researching about the experience on Life and general insurance, taxation aspects, work
related to stock market and Financial Planning of Individuals.
 To get an hands on experience of Stock Market dealings and understanding Primary
market and Secondary Market.
Task 2: Business Development
 Pitch the clients and generate lead and act as a financial advisor for them.
 TO Solve clients queries regarding various process of stock broking.
 Different Financial market products offering to clients.
 Reaching out proactively to all existing and potential customers to inform and educate
them about upcoming IPO,BONDS and Debts etc
 Working with Brokers and Sub-brokers to complete all the formalities for KYC process of
the clients

Skills Required: Marketing skills, Fundamental and Technical Analysis skills, Financial
planning skills
Supervision:
Training will be given by Mr. Harsh Vira (SB Tag HHSM) Sub- broker at Angel
Broking Ltd on weekends and work needs to be done on weekdays. Harsh Vira is
reporting executive office and all the instruction and assistance will be provided by him.
Evaluation:
The work will be evaluated by Harsh Vira (External Mentor ), Mrs.Prachi Pawar
(Internal Mentor) and respective industry mentor.
Part IV: Agreement
This contract may be terminated or amended by student, faculty coordinator or work

supervisor at any time upon written notice, which is received and agreed to by the other two
parties.
