1. Course Objectives
 To provide students with opportunities to know themselves better through guided
introspection and to develop positive orientation towards concept of time and
efficiency
 To enable students steer their life not by default but by design
 To help students develop confidence & self-esteem and appreciate diversity in issues,
people, and situations
 To help students be mindful of what motivates them and inspires them for a positive
life script
 To assist students develop a domain specific repository in scientific manner

2. Course Outcome

After the course, students should be able to

CO 1 Apply maxims of personal efficiency and time management

CO 2 Evaluate the present life script and create effective script by design using tenets
of self management
CO 3 Nourish a better self concept and self esteem to face the personal and
professional world with confidence

CO 4 Understand and appreciate people around them and curate positive relationships

CO 5 Be mindful about the drivers in life for a desired life script

CO6 Develop and used repository of domain specific concepts
