MARKETING MANAGEMENT

Abstract

Marketing strategy is one of an important step in the system of marketing. Marketing is


equally important as designing a product. All the products designed and goods produced will
reach consumers only by marketing. Hence marketing plays a vital process which helps the
producers to make the products reachable to the consumers. Now days there are many brand new
products, few attained the target level and few products company didn’t reach the target and
attain the goal. This situation is because of lack of proper marketing strategy.

Marketing strategy of a company contains the company’s value proposition, key


marketing messages, information on the target customer and other high-level elements. Strategic
market planning essentially refers to planning that is conceptually and functionally long-term,
typically covering a period of 5 years or more for the entire corporation. Strategic market
planning is a process yielding marketing strategic that is framework for marketing plan. The aim
of framing marketing strategy is to adapt, adjust or reshape on an ongoing business to
accomplish the target growth and profit objectives. Planning is a deliberate and conscious
process which paves the way to attain the targeted goal. Marketing is an important and
complicated system which needs well established methods and strategy to be followed in the
system. These strategies are helpful in avoiding future uncertainties; it helps in managing and
fulfilling the objectives of a marketing management system; framing strategies will makes
coordination and communications more efficient in the company.

This project is dealt with detail analysis on marketing strategies. This project format will
be chaptered. The first chapter deals with the introduction, which explains the definition of
marketing strategy and an overview of concepts related to marketing strategy. The second
chapter covers the research methodology which deals with information related to scope of the
study; objective of the study and the hypothesis of the study. The 3rd chapter deals with literature
review. The 4th chapter which is dealt with presentation of data collected in a proper format using
proper research tool. And the last chapter is the conclusion, in this part the solution of the
research question will be concluded and the final answer of hypothesis will be concluded. And
this part also explains the observation of the study based on the hypothesis.
