What do readers already know and what do they want to know?

Readers or people who look at the genre want to know or would already know that I guess
plains aviation has deal with planes flying on the signs behind them and the thing that readers
want to know is how to fly the aircraft

How much time will the readers been with this document?
The amount of time varies it depends on what it what you want to fly or would be attended
reader or audience wants to do in this field.

What is the writers purpose?


The writers purpose is to talk about all things related to commercial piloting.

How does a writer select content material to achieve a particular purpose for a particular
audience?
The writers selects content by seeing what the particular audience wants and is looking for.

What is appropriate information for this genre?


Appropriate information for this genre is the way planes functions, operations pertaining to an
aircraft functioning, startup procedures ,different weather conditions.

What type of evidence are acceptable to support claims?


Flight manuals, Checklist for different stages in flight such as startup taxi takeoff climb Cruise
descent
Approach landing shut down, and information given by atc.

Structure
How much information is appropriate for the genre
A basic level of understanding of how to start up a plane but to look for before it takes off what
to look for before you land essentially the most appropriate formation is essentially how to fly the
plane how to takeoff what to do with certain situations.

What is a typical sequence for the information in this genre?


Typical sequence is first learning how the aircraft operates after that it’s going to be about
proper procedures in terms of taxiing to takeoff communication with ATC understanding
information given to you by ATC such as METARS and after all that all it is is learning how to
control the aircraft how to fly it and such.
How does the structure serve the writers purpose?
The structure makes it so that you understand everything one at a time because once you learn
one thing the other thing that might have made at my have not made sense to you before it
would be clear after learning the previous step or piece of information

Style and language


How formal informal is the language?
The language is very I want to see formal but very technical to share in terms you have to learn
in order to communicate effectively not only with your pilot or your copilot but with ATC you have
to lose certain terms such as flaring or GWPS callouts ,vertical speed heading ,yoke ,or throttle
quadrant.

What specialized vocabulary is use?


The specialized language that is used in aviation community is terms such as the
aforementioned language such as GWPS call outs ,vertical speed, heading ,altitude, auto pilot
,throttle quadrant ,yolk, approach, Ils, altimeter, speed indicator, etc.

What other language features do you notice?


I’ve noticed that most language features used within the community is very literal but might
seem complex to someone who does really know what that means.
