Activity Information
On 3/29/2011 deputies assigned to Superior Twp responded to the report of a burglary in the 8400 block of Preston
Dr. Deputies investigated the scene and discovered a Sony Playstation 3, controllers, Nintendo Game Cube, and
miscellaneous cash stolen. The method of entry is unknown at this time. No suspect has been indentified. The case
remains under investigation.
On 3/29/2011, at approximately 0300hrs, deputies assigned to Ypsilanti Twp responded to the area of the 900 block
of Hawthorne St. for the complaint of an Armed Robbery. The victim reported he was robbed while making at
delivery at a residence. He was approached by a Black male and ordered to gim him his money, credit card, and cell
phone. A police K-9 unit was called to conduct a search of the area for the suspect. At the time of this report, a
suspect is in police custody. The investigation will be sent to the Prosecutor’s Office for review.

On 3/29/2011 deputies patrolling Ypsilanti Twp were dispatched to the area of 1200 E. Clark Rd. for the complaint
of a home invasion. Deputies investigated at the scene and determined the suspect(s) entered the home through a
rear door. The victim reported being at home at the time, but was unable to provide a suspect description. The
victim reported a black Vizio TV, X-Box game system, and two (2) X-Box games as stolen. No suspect has been
identified at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
On 3/29/2011 deputies assigned to Scio Twp were dispatched to the 2900 block of W. Liberty Rd. for the complaint
of multiple vehicle being broken into. A total of five (5) vehicle were victimized. Victims reported wallets, credit
cards, and cell phones as stolen. No suspect(s) have been identified at this time. The investigation remains open.
On 3/29/2011 deputies patrolling Ypsilanti Twp responded to the 1500 block of Mollie Ave for a Home Invasion.
The victim reported someone entered their home through a back door and stole a TV and laptop computer. No
suspect information was available. Deputies continue to investigate.

On 3/29/2011 deputies patrolling Ypsilanti Twp encountered a wanted subject in the area of the 100 block of
Devonshire St. The suspect was indentified and arrest warrants were confirmed. The subject was taken into custody
and transported to the county jail without incident.

On 3/29/2011 deputies patrolling Ypsilanti Twp encountered a wanted subject during a routine traffic stop. The
traffic stop was conducted in the area of Leforge Rd and Clark Rd. The subject was identified and arrest warrants
were confirmed. The subject was then taken into custody without incident.

Deputies patrolling Salem Twp encountered a wanted subject during a traffic stop in the area of Territorial Rd. and
Curtis Rd. The investigating deputy identified the subject, confirmed the arrest warrant, and took the subject into
custody without incident.

3/29/2011 when they encountered a wanted subject. The subject was identified and taken into custody without
incident.
