Accommodation Rules and Regulations

NOISE AND CONDUCT


1. Employees shall not make or allow any disturbing noises in the unit, which will interfere with the rights,
comforts or conveniences of other persons.
2. All musical instruments, television sets, stereos, radios, etc., are to be played at a volume which will not
disturb other persons.
3. The activities and conduct of employees, children and employee’s guests, outside of the unit on the
common grounds, parking areas, or corridor must always be reasonable and not annoy or disturb other
persons.

CLEANLINESS AND TRASH


1. The unit must be kept clean, sanitary and free from objectionable odors.
2. Employees shall assist Velosi Admin in keeping the outside common areas clean.
3. No littering of papers, cigarette butts or trash is allowed.
4. No trash or other materials may be accumulated which will cause a hazard or be in violation of any
health, fire or safety ordinance or regulation.
5. Any items outside the unit (unless approved in writing) are subject to removal by Admin.
6. Clothes, curtains, rugs, etc. shall not be shaken or hung outside of any window ledge or balcony.
7. Smoking inside the flat/room/building is strictly prohibited.
8. Employee is responsible to maintain their room clean.

SAFETY
1. All doors must be locked before leaving the unit.
2. All appliances, except refrigerators, must be turned off before leaving the unit or when not in use.
3. The use or storage of gasoline, cleaning solvent or other combustibles in the unit is prohibited.
4. No personal belongings or other items may be placed in the halls, stairways or about the building unless
approved by Velosi Admin. Department.
5. Children on the premises must always be supervised by a responsible adult.

MAINTENANCE, REPAIRS AND ALTERATIONS


1. Employees shall advise Velosi Admin Department in email of any items requiring repair (dripping
faucets, light switches, etc.). Notification should be immediate in an emergency or for normal problems
within working hours. Repair requests should be made as soon as the defect is noted.
2. Service requests should not be made to maintenance people or other such personnel. It should be directly
reported to Velosi Admin. Department via email.
3. No alterations or improvements shall be made by employee without the consent of Velosi Admin.
Department.
4. Changing of lock and key for room, flat & building is strictly prohibited.
5. Damages in furniture and appliances is subject for investigation. If proven misuse, the employee living
in the flat/room will be penalized.

PROPER HANDOVER OF KEYS


1. Upon check out permanently, the key shall hand over to Velosi Admin. Staff only and must fill out the
Accommodation In/Out Form for checking out.
2. When leaving for more than fifteen (15) days, employee or his Coordinator/Department Head shall
notify Velosi Admin. how long employee will be away. This includes long or extended vacation, going
offshore, and assigned to other location.
3. The company will not tolerate or allow any employee to give the accommodation keys to other person
without an approval via email from Admin. Department.
4. Proper handover of keys:
Velosi Company Accommodation – Admin. Department Staff
Rented Apartment or Hotel – Receptionist
5. Always inform Admin. at least three (3) days of your check in or check out.

 All request must be through email and we will send you the maintenance form which you need to fill out
and sign.
 Admin. Personnel has the right to enter your flat & room after we sent an email of consent to occupant
employee.
