What you do not eliminate you will accumulate … and where does it go? The lymph.
• Of all the body's 7 channels of elimination: the liver, lungs, colon, kidneys, blood, skin, and
lymphatic system, the Lymph is the most critical.

• The primary function of the lymphatic system is to transport lymph, a fluid containing
infection-fighting white blood cells, throughout the body.
A: In addition to 100 trillion cells, the body has two main fluids - blood and lymph. Blood is
25% of the body's fluids and lymph is 75% of the body's fluids. Pop a juicy pimple and you
will see both fluids.
Always remember: The cells in your body can only be as healthy as the fluids that they are
bathed in.
When we improve our diet and lifestyle our health improves naturally.
A: The lymphatic system is your body's sewer system and main part of the immune system.
It contains miles of its own capillaries and vascular system that are separate from the
blood system. In very general terms, the blood would be considered the "kitchen" and the
lymph would be considered the "bathroom". The blood feeds the cells and the lymph
cleans the cells.

Q: How are wastes moved out of the body?
A: The lymph fluids (which collect cellular wastes) flow to the lymph vessels, and then on
to the septic tanks (called lymph nodes) and then on to the body's eliminative organs
(kidneys, colon, lungs and skin) for the elimination of wastes.
A: The body has 600-700 lymph nodes located throughout the body. Some known
examples of lymph node are the tonsils, adenoids and the appendix. If you have ever had
swollen lymph nodes in your neck you can understand this concept. All wastes, including
cellular wastes and damaged cells, from the body must go into the lymph nodes to be
broken down and neutralized before they are eliminated. If you do not have these lymph
nodes it is harder for your body to eliminate these wastes.
A: A backed up lymphatic system could look like this and more: acne, boils, cysts, tumors,
polyps, dandruff, dermatitis, psoriasis, eczema, fibrocystic breasts, polycystic ovaries,
polycystic kidneys and enlarged prostates. You will see skin issues if the kidneys are not
adequately eliminating cellular wastes because the skin is the body's third kidney.
*Remember: What you do not eliminate you will accumulate so you must move your
lymph!
A: Moving lymph unclogs the body and allows for better lymphatic flow to tissues. This
process allows the body to dissolve stones, calcifications, cysts and plaqued lipids. By
increasing the efficiency of the lymph flow, more nutrients are delivered to the cells
thereby increasing the regenerative and healing ability of the body.
A: The best way to improve the body's eliminative channels is to alkalize the body by eating
lots of ripe, organic, uncooked fruits and vegetables, specifically cleansing fruits such as
grapes, citrus and melons. Specific herbal formulas also help to speed up this process.

Q: How do I know if I am moving my lymph?
A: You must look at your urine in a clear glass. You want to see sediment (tiny specks and
mucus strands). These are signs that the cellular acid wastes are moving out of the body.
This process can take a few weeks to over a year depending on each individual situation.
You will see a direct correlation with the improvement of skin issues once you see
sediment because the kidneys are filtering better.
When you stop eating acidic, mucus-forming foods and start cleaning your body out with
alkaline, living foods you will have a more robust internal environment which will improve
