    citizens, by virtue of these presents, do hereby constitute, nominate and
    appoint ATTY. GREGORIO V. DE LIMA, JR. and any of his lawyers, to
    be our true and lawful attorney-in-fact, to appear for us and on our
    behalf and/or represent us at the Pre-trial Conference, and all other
    proceedings in the case entitled MA. SOCORRO RAMONA JEANETTE
    TONGOY vs. MARVIN RYAN VISTA, FROILAN ABUNDABAR, SHEILA
    GRACE CARILLO AND MELISSA JAVONILLO which is pending before
    the Regional Trial Court of Manila Branch 56, with dockets Civil Case

    whatever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises,
