POWER LIMIT SYSTEM
n The Power Limit System is made up of PM130 digital powermeters and PLC , the
PM130 will monitor the kW engine loading and the kVA generator loading of each
engine/generator set and then transfer the desired parameters to PLC system via
PROFIBUS field bus.
n If any of these parameters reach their limitations, the PLC will reduce the power
being delivered to the loads so that the load on each generator is held at its limit
until the loads on the variable-frequency drives are reduced (by other action) to a
level below the generator limit.

n The two (2) power control house will be not more than 13000 mm long, 3000 mm

n Output to the variable-speed motor power connections will be made using single pin
connectors in the AC/DC plug panel at one (1) end of the house.
n The receptacles will be angled down at 45 degrees to relieve stress on the cables.

REMOTE CONTROL PANEL
One (1) remote control panel include the following major components unitized and
mounted on an oilfield skid of heavy duty welded steel construction:
n One (1) 1600 liter (423 gallon) oil tank, complete with 1” drain plug, 2” air vent,
internal baffles, electric low level switch, sight glass gauge and four (4) 4” large
inspection port.
n Sixteen (16) 80 liter (22 gallon) capacity 21MPa (3000 psi) WP accumulators, which
are arranged in both sides and equipped with ball valve in the bottom of them,
bladder type precharged with nitrogen gas.
n Two (2) electric motor driven triplex pump, completes with automatic pressure switch
and relief valve. Pump flowrate 43 liter/min. (11.4GPM) at 21MPa (3000psi) output
pressure. Two(2) explosion proof motor 18.5 kW. 3ph 380V/50 Hz. Two electrical
junction boxes are used to control two motors, thus the motors can work separately
of together.
n Two (2) pneumatic pumps with capacity of 4.5 liter/min. (1.2 GPM) and 21MPa (3000
psi) output pressure with a 0.53MPa air supply. The ratio of liquid/air is 60:1.
n One (1) air supply manifold include air regulator, lubricator, filter/separator, shutoff
valve, bypass valve and automatic pressure switch which allows full flow to the air
pump up to desired shutoff pressures.
One (1) control manifold consisting of the following major components:
n Seven (7) 1” manual/remote operated 3-pos./4-way control valves for the controlling

replacing or temporary power. Power unit has protect for over loading , short
circuit , loss of phase , spare electromagnetic starter, and also has switch on
function . All joints above have matching pins and jacks.
Ø Multistage explosion-proof power supplying unit covering composes of junction
cavity and control cavity, explosion-proof style and welded with steel plates.
Junction cavity is explosion-proof style, there are main loop and subsidiary loop.
Outside of cavity is mounted loop cables unit, the main cavity has wicks which is
mounted gas breaker, AC contactor, relay or motor protector, The covering is
mounted voltage table and handle of main breaker.
Ø Junction box covering is welded with steel plates. Covering bottom has unit for
introducing cables, side face has unit for eliciting.
Ø Control button is near the motor, button bracket can be puckered. For practicing
correctly and safety, the button can be locked on halt location.
n Drilling floor district

lamp hanger can go up and down, circumrotate , pucker.

Ø Between tank and VFD/MCC house, between tank and tank all adopt heavy
rubber sleeve soft cable connection through fast splicing part, cable section
match with load and put apart proper allowance, cable between tank and
VFD/MCC house and other cable is protected by cable slot.
Ø Cable of going to drill floor lay down folded cable bridge.
Ø Cable of oil tank area, well control area and house used for well site lay down
ground oil-gas row of tubes.
Ø Main cable of tank body is protected and fixed by cable slot, cable slot is fixed on
external surface of solid control tank.
Ø Power lead, control lead and illuminate lead of agitator adopt concealed wiring
for steel pipe and explosion proof flexibility hosepipe.
Ø To require to move electrical equipments (for example: shaker, desander,
desilter, vaccum degasser, centrifuge etc.) in each area when pulling stakes,
which be connected through fast splicing part through turning section box.
Ø Cable in cable slot is fixed by cable clip firmly.
Ø Make equal potential connection between tank and tank, its lead is not less than
