- 1 cup oatmeal (5 tbsp raw) - Tea - Fish(bangus,dalag,lapu-lapu)-1
-1/2 tsp sugar - Lemon slice(7x3x2cm)
- Calamansi Fat substitute
- 1 brick tetra pack Low fat milk - Bacon-1 strip (10x3 cm)
AM Snack SUBSTITUTES - Cream cheese-2 tsp
- Sandwich spreacd- 1 tbsp
- Sweet potato ½ of 11 cm long x 4 ½ cm Rice substitute - Avocado- ½ of 12x7cm
diameter - Mamon tostado- 3 (8x3x3 cm each) sugar
Or ice cream 1/3 cup - Binatog- ½ cup honey- 1 tsp
- Corn flakes- 1cup jams jellies preserves-2 tsp
Lunch
- Breakfast cereals- ½ cup
- 1 cup cucumber raw (25g) - Noodles(biho,macaroni, spaghetti)-
- 1 cup carrots raw (40g) 1cup
- 1 tsp mayonnaise
- Chicken breast ¼ breast 6 cm long Vegetables
- 2 slices whole wheat bread - Baguio beans-1/2 cup cook
- 1 cup singkamas - Labong-1/2 cup cook

PM snack
