    HONOR PLEDGE OF A CvSU STUDENT

    As a bona fide student of Cavite state University, I, Arabella D. de Ocampo , of the BS


    Medical Technology program, with Student Number 2020-15309 , pledge to adhere to
    the University’s tenets of Truth, Excellence, and Service.

    I pledge Truth by upholding the highest standards of integrity and honesty in all academic
    requirements, by acknowledging properly the sources and references that I consult, and by
    avoiding plagiarism and cheating.

    I vow to seal my academic outputs with Excellence by working on course activities and task to
    the best of my knowledge and abilities and by attending all my residential and remote classes.

    I promise to be of Service to the member of CVSU community by establishing rapport and by


    extending respect and cooperation with everyone.

    I commit to honor this Oath and if I fail to fulfill it, I promise to take full responsibility of whatever
    consequences it may have.

    Bilang isang mag-aaral ng Cavite State University, ako si, ___Arabella D. de Ocampo_____ ng
    kursong ____BS Medical Technology_______, na may Student No. na _____2020-
    15309______, ay nangangako na susundin ang prinsipyo’t paniniwala nang Katotohanan,
    Kahusayan, at Serbisyo ng Pamantasan.

    Ipinapangako ko ang Katotohanan sa pamamagitan ng pagtaguyod sa pinakamataas na


    pamantayan ng integridad at katapatan sa lahat ng aking mga pang-akademikong
    pangangailangan, sa pamamagitan ng wastong pagkilala sa mga sanggunian at batis na aking
    mapagkukunan, at sa pamamagitan ng pag-iwas sa panggagaya o pandaraya.
    Ipinapangako kong ingatan ang lahat ng aking mga pang-akademikong pag-aari ng may
    Kahusayan, sa pamamagitan ng pagiging aktibo sa mga
    aktibidad at gawain ng kurso sa abot ng aking kakayahan
    at kaalaman, at sa pamamagitan ng pagdalo sa lahat ng
    aking klase ito man ay sa Pamantasan o sa Midya.

    Nangangako ako na maglalaan ng Serbisyo sa mga miyembro ng komunidad ng CvSU sa


    pamamagitan ng pagpapatatatag ng ugnayan at pagpapalawak ng unawaan at
    pakikipagtulungan sa bawat isa.

    Nangangako ako na paninindigan ang Panunumpa na ito at italaga bilang isang buong
    responsibilidad para sa anumang mga kahihinatnan kung hindi ko ito magagampanan.

    Kasihan nawa ako ng Panginoon.
