7. ARRANGEMENT FOR 1ST Senate noted the report from the Ag. Deputy, Deans, Heads of

In view of the final year students who are having
online lectures, Senate decided as follows:
a. 400 level students would resume
physically on campus after 200 and 300
level students had taken their

examinations sometimes in March. They
would stay for about 3 weeks to do
revision before taking their examination.
b. After the examination, they would stay on
till August to enable them do their
practicals, and have physical contact with
their supervisors.
c. All 100 level, Direct Entry and Transfer
students would take their examination
sometimes in May, 2021. There would be
no Batch A or B. Thereafter, they would
continue their 2nd Semester up to August,
2021.
d. IJMB external examination comes up in
May/June, 2021 while JUPEB external
examination would be between 16 th – 27th
August, 2021.
e. Heads of Department are to compile list
of 400 level students with carryover
courses and submit same to the Ag. Dean
of Student Affairs to arrange
accommodation for them.
8. MATRICULATION FOR 100 Senate approved Saturday, 6th March 2021 for Registrar to take note.
