    I, ESPERIDION M. BANSALAN JR, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of


    Poblacion, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, Philippines, by virtue of these presents, do hereby name,
    constitute, and appoint ATTY. JOSE SANDINO B. ABIERA, of legal age, Filipino, married,
    with postal address at Poblacion, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-
    Fact, for me and in my name, place, and stead, to do and perform the following acts and things,
    to wit:

    a. To request for my savings account number before the office of the Bank of Philippine
    Island Family Savings (BPI Family Savings), Dumaguete City;
    b. To withdraw funds from my said bank account over the counter;
    c. To process, transact, apply for issuance of a new ATM card for my bank account
    because of PIN errors in my current ATM;
    d. To claim and receive the said ATM card; and
    e. To sign and do all acts requisites and necessary in the performance of the foregoing
    authority stated.

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full power and
    authority to do and perform any and all acts necessary or requisite or proper to be done in and
    about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if
    personally present, and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said Attorney-
    in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
