Guidelines On Diskwento Caravan
INGRESS:
1. Manufacturers/Retailers/Distributors/MSMEs should set-up products a day before the
activity or until 6:00 AM on the day of the activity.
2. Provision of venue preferably covered court, one (1) table and two (2) chairs for each
exhibitor by the organizer, whereas shelves and electrical extensions shall be provided by
the Manufacturers/Retailers/Distributors/MSMEs.
3. Additional promo collaterals should also be provided by the
Manufacturers/Retailers/Distributors/MSMEs and these should be set-up before 7:30 AM
on the day of the activity.
4. Manufacturers/Retailers/Distributors/MSMEs must inform the organizer (DTI/LGU) of
equipment requiring electrical connection like freezers, grillers, boilers, etc.
5. Manufacturers/Retailers/Distributors/MSMEs shall provide sanitizer/alcohol in their
respective booth.
6. Manufacturers/Retailers/Distributors/MSMEs shall post in their booths price list of
products being sold, indicating the regular price and discounted price.
7. Manufacturers/Retailers/Distributors/MSMEs must ensure that the products are enough
for the consumers.
8. Vehicle pass must be posted/displayed on front window from ingress to egress (if any).
ACTIVITY PROPER:
1. Manufacturers/Retailers/Distributors/MSMEs should sign the attendance sheet provided
by the organizer and fill-out the complete information needed.
2. There should be a staff who will man the booth from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
3. The minimum discount should be at manufacturer’s price.
4. Selling is limited within the confines of the Diskwento area only.
5. Manufacturers/Retailers/Distributors/MSMEs may provide food testing, but they should
also provide a waste bin for the food containers.
6. Manufacturers/Retailers/Distributors/MSMEs to provide Official Receipts/Sales Invoice at
all times.
7. Sales representatives should wear their company ID, face mask, and face shield during
the activity proper.
8. Manufacturers/Retailers/Distributors/MSMEs shall observe and maintain physical
distancing at all times.
9. Proper grooming for participants with food service should observe proper attire (with
hairnet, apron, etc.)
10. No plastic bags shall be allowed all throughout the activity.
11. Daily inventory, sales report, and Client Satisfaction Feedback (CSF) forms must be
submitted immediately before egress.
EGRESS:
1. Manufacturers/Retailers/Distributors/MSMEs to observe schedule of egress.
2. Manufacturers/Retailers/Distributors/MSMEs shall observe proper waste disposal.
3. Manufacturers/Retailers/Distributors/MSMEs must stay until 3:00 PM as scheduled by the
requesting LGU.
