Site Induction: Site specific inductions must be attended before commencement of work on site.
Daily Pre-Start Checklist: A Pre-Start will be completed by the CMS Surveyors Supervisor prior to commencement of work at each individual visit to
the site. The Pre-Start will list the supervisor and staff involved in the site works.
Where there are other parties working adjacent to CMS Surveyors staff and the work activity could impact upon the safety
and welfare of others not directly employed, the CMS Surveyors Supervisor will include these details and any additional
controls required in the daily Pre-Start and will communicate and coordinate these with the applicable parties prior to
commencement of work.
