    WILL

    I , Gautam Sanyal son of late Naresh Chandra Sanyal , aged


    about 83 years , resident of 11/G Deodar Street , Kolkata
    -700019, by religion -Hindu, occupation – retired , do , hereby
    declare that this is my last will and testament . Prior to execution
    of this Will , I have not made any Will or Codicil and if there be
    any such Will or Codicil, I hereby revoke the same and declare
    this to be my last Will and testament.

    My family consists of myself and my wife ,namely Joyshree


    Sanyal and my two daughters ,namely Mandira Sanyal & Indira
    Sanyal.

    With a view to make proper arrangements for the distribution for


    my properties upon my death , I am desirous of making this Will
    and testament as under :--

    1.My all movable and immovable properties ( hereinafter referred


    to as “ the said properties “) consists of :

    a) Residential building lying and situated at 11G , Deodar


    Street , Kolkata -19
    b) All my bank deposits – fixed deposits and saving deposit
    c) The contents of bank locker in Bank of Baroda , Hazra Road
    Branch.
    d) Any other asset not mentioned in this WILL but of which I
    am the owner .

    2. I appoint Sri Amit Paul son of Sri Himangshu Kumar


    Paul aged about 49 Years resident of114/2, Ramlal
    Agarwala Lane. Kolkata – 700 050 as Executor of my Will .
    My executor shall upon my death , administer my estate
    and effect the bequest and distribution out of my estate as
    directed hereinafter . In a case where Shri Amit Paul , were
    to predecease me , then Shri Supratim Paul ,son of Shri
    Sukumar Paul ,aged 48 years now , resident of 334 Sahid
    Khudiram Sarani, Kalindi West, Kolkata 700030 will be the
    executor of this WILL .

    3. I direct that my executor shall first pay all my debts and


    liabilities , if any , out of my estate ; my executor will not be
    entitled to sell my immovable property above mentioned or
    mortgage the same.

    4. Now my wife Joyshree Sanyal and my daughters Mandira


    Sanyal & Indira Sanyal are alive . After my life time , my wife
    Joyshree Sanyal should take possession of my all movable
    and immovable properties belonging to me that is the
    residential building which in my possession and enjoyment
    and which is situated at 11G , Deodar Street , Kolkata -19
    and the entire movable and immovable properties remaining
    after my life time and shall enjoy the “said properties”
    without alienating them in any manner .

    5. After her life time , my daughters shall enjoy the “said


    properties” with powers of gift , sale etc with their mutual
    agreement and consent. This WILL shall come into effect after
    my life time . I shall have the power to cancel this WILL
    whenever I please .

    6.I hereby bequeath and devise all my properties in whatever


    form to my said daughters ,namely , Mandira Sanyal & Indira
    Sanyal in equal shares . Other than my heirs nobody else shall
    have rights and interest in any manner in the “said properties.”

    7.On the death of my wife and if she predeceases me then on my


    death all my estate then existing whether mentioned in this
    WILL or not, will belongs to my said daughters,namely, Mandira
    Sanyal&Indira Sanyal absolutely in equal shares .

    I am a person of sound mind and not affected in any manner by


    any legal disability while making this WILL. I have made and
    executed this Will of my own accord and sweet will without any
    dictate, pressure, coercion or influence. I have made this Will
    after fully understanding the true purport, legal meaning and
    effect thereof.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hands on


    this the day of 2021 at my own residence
    situated at 11G, Deodar Street, Kolkata -700 019.

    We hereby attest that this Will has been signed by the


    aforesaid testator as his last Will at his residence in the
    presence of us, present at the same time, who in his
    presence and in the presence of each other subscribe our
    names as witness.
