    Our Windows-based online tracking and reporting system enables our customers to:

     Request pickups
     Access shipment status reports
    Obtain real time tracking information
     Retrieve BOL’s and POD’s
     Receive automatic POD via mobile app, email,
    or phone on every shipment

    Tracking & Scanning


    Every Mach 1 shipment goes through a tracking milestone process that automatically uploads
    online so you can follow the path of your shipment in great detail right from your desktop or
    mobile device. Each document for every Mach 1 shipment is scanned into our online system
    within 48 hours of delivery for convenient retrieval of backup shipping documentation. You will
    receive automatically generated email updates for each shipment milestone based on your
    personal shipping preferences.

    Web services and EDI transaction sets are available, including data sets 204, 210, 214, and 215,
    making electronic status and billing into a seamless, paperless workflow.
