    INTRODUCTION
    ❑ SANKALP NGO is a Delhi-based NGO, but we have our
    branches across the country as well as Countries Abroad. In
    Delhi itself, we have 18+ Centers.
    ❑ SANKALP was established in (2018)with just a small idea of
    providing voluntary free tuitions to the children of slum
    people and today we are successfully running more than 50
    branches of SANKALP across the country. Currently, we
    have an outreach of 12000+ volunteers in 3+ countries
    across the world.
    ❑ This Organization works for the upliftment of the Under-
    Medical Awareness Projects, HR and PR,
    privileged Society including people residing in slum and rural Social Media Marketing, Photography and
    areas. Film making, Graphic Designing and Content
    ❑ We work under various projects and the students are Writing, etc
    exposed to ample opportunities by choosing to work from our As our tagline itself suggests SANKALP
    ongoing projects like-Teaching projects, Old Age Home HAMARA is a pledge which every member of
    Project, Sanitation and SANKALP NGO believes in and works towards
    achieving our common goal. 3

    I was assigned the post of social media intern, as a content writer and a graphic designer .
    As a graphic designer i curated posters for their instagram and facebook pages.

    WORK DONE AS A SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETER
    1. It was all about getting more and more attraction on the posts so that the people could know about it.
    2. To think of ways that would increase engagement on different social media pages.
    3. I helped their page increase a lot of engagement of people on their instagram handle, their youtube and facebook
    handle.
    4. Also created a group of people on whatsapp who were willing to volunteer and work for this non-profit organisation.

    CONCLUSION

    o Working in an organisation from home was a different experience


    Which was somehow good and bad.

    o Although the overall experience was more than satisfactory being


    asked to work in the conditions where everyone was working within
    all our comfortzones.

    o Grateful for the guidance and support we got from our mentors in
    such a situation.
    o The major learning experience was delivering the assigned tasks and
    Meeting them on the respective deadlines.
