    Shree Cement
    Shree Cement's mission is to build long-term value and offer market-focused
    solutions to all our clients and partners through the development and conversion of
    natural resources into high-quality products.

    Review of things lacked in Mission Statement for the Organization –


    Both the Organization i.e. Tesla and Shree Cement fulfils all the elements of
    Mission Statement except Concern for its employees. These both being Billion
    dollar company’s focuses on each and every element of Mission Statement but had
    failed to concern for its employees.
    Now the question arises how are they dealing with this?
    Tesla –
    I don’t think so that Tesla is concern about their employees even the statistics
    taken from Internet says this thing. All they have been worried about is their
    technology which makes it highlighted from all the automotive companies. And
    the reason which makes employees stick to their job is they get a work life balance
    and other compensation and benefits. Apart from this is the curiosity to be part of
    one of the world’s leading Tech Company.
    Some of the Statistics taken from Internet with regard to employee’s dissatisfaction
    are –

     Tesla placed 16th on LinkedIn’s annual “Top Companies 2019” list


    published in April, compiled from billions of actions taken by its over 600
    million users that indicate job interest and demand. It held the fifth and sixth
    spots in 2018 and 2017, respectively.

     At jobs site Glassdoor, Tesla’s overall company rating fell to 3.2 out of 5.0
    stars based on reviews written in the first quarter from a high of 3.6 in 2017.
     In the first quarter, Elon Musk’s CEO approval rating dropped to 52% from
    90% in 2017.

     Tesla’s “recommend to a friend” rating fell to 49% in the first quarter from a
    high of 71% two years prior, the Glassdoor data showed.

    Shree Cement –

    Although Shree Cement doesn’t include any concern for its employees in the
    mission statement but still the employees working are quite satisfied with the
    salary and other benefits which company offers.
