Dear Sirs,

Re: Permission and No Objection Certificate for Tata Sky MDU Set up at _______________________________________

We M/s. _____________________________ (referred as Developer / Society / we / us / our) acknowledge receipt of your


proposal dated [___________] and in accordance with the provisions thereof, hereby grant our no objection to the
following and confirm that Tata Sky Ltd. (referred to as Tata Sky/you/your) shall not be liable to pay any charges to the
society for such activities:

1. To lay vertical cables and such other DTH equipment in the communication (LV) shaft of the Building premises as
per the discussion agreed about the proposed DTH Services to be provided by you.
2. To use the space as agreed, on the rooftop and LV shaft of the building/s for installing your MDU equipment.
3. 120 cm Dish Antenna would be installed on the rooftop of the tower. Tata Sky to lay vertical cabling in the
communication (LV) shaft of the tower. Conduit works, if any comes in the scope of Developer.
4. Tata Sky to Fix Enclosure boxes (Height:45cm; Breadth:30cm; Depth:9cm approx.) which includes associated
components like switches, Tap off & connectors on every floor in the LV Shaft of each tower
5. We would provide free-of-cost electricity connection of 220V/5 Amps power socket to the amplifier installe d on
top floor in the LV Shaft of each tower
6. Allow Tata Sky to carry out periodical overall routine maintenance activities of MDU back bone equipment which
shall include repair and replacement of any components as Tata Sky deems fit with prior permission take n from
the Developer / Society.
7. Allow Tata Sky authorized channel partner to conduct promotional activity within the society premises for
customer acquisition, for a period of three years, with prior permission taken from the Developer / Society.
8. We acknowledge and agree that all the materials and/or infrastructure provided and/or installed in the buildings
of the Project are only on entrustment basis and therefore, TATA SKY shall continue to be the sole and exclusive
owner of all the materials and/or infrastructure.

It may be noted that granting of permission and no objection as aforesaid, shall not be construed as granting of any
tenancy rights to Tata Sky Ltd. in respect of the space provided for installing the MDU equipment.
