Basic Features of "SUJAKO" Modular Open Office System - 5

(50mm with exposed Locking system)

1. Partitions are generally structured by Aluminum extruded sections.

 All panels are in standard size and ready to assemble condition.

 All exterior metal surfaces are powder coated finish to approved standard Colour.
 All fillers are made from 9mm pre-laminated boards, Snap fitted on both sides of
partitions and outer side of wall cladding.
 It has provision for all utility management and to mount Cantilevered storage and
worktops, doors, etc.
 It allows configuration of different heights such as sitting privacy, Standing privacy
or full height.
 All joineries are free from Nailing, Screwing or adhesives.
 All components are removable without any damage and designed to reconstruct,
reorient or reconfigure entire layout very easily.
 Entire system is free from maintenance like refinishing, Anti pest treatments or
refitting, lifetime.
 It has inherent Sound and thermal insulation properties. All panels including Glass
panels are twin layered with air pocket and very proper sealing in joint are provided
to ensure these properties.
 Horizontal Venetian blinds can be mounted between twin layers of Glasses with
outside swiveling control mechanism. This protects blinds from all abuses.
 It has very convenient provisions/panels/mounters to mount all accessories like
Telephone stand, Display frame, Table Lamps, Bookshelves, Stationary trays etc.
 System is designed in such a manner that resizing of structure and related
mountings can be carried out at site easily, if required. This enhances the use of this
system for tailor made requirements.
 It is Eco - Friendly in true sense.

heavy duty brass hinges, Powder coated/ S.S. handles, Dead Lock, Door Closer etc. shall be
provided with extra cost.

Work Top:
Partition Hung work tops made from 25mm thick particle boards, with 0.8/0.7 mm thick
laminate of approved Colour with post formed curved edges or Edge bands to be
cantilevered from the partitions supported by M.S. brackets and Cable Manager.

Under Table Storage Unit:

Storage unit having overall size 650mmx400mmx450mm made from 18mm and 12mm pre
laminated particle boards, 3mm compact sheet with Three Drawers sliding on drawer
channels and central locking arrangement or one drawer and locker. All edges are covered
by 0.8mm PVC edge bands glued by hot melt glue applied by auto edge banding machine.
8mm wooden/jute dowels and eccentric mini fix locking hardware joins entire assembly by
Knock down - 32 (KD-32) systems.

Storage Unit:
Storage unit made from 18mm Pre laminated Particleboards of approved shade and Sliding
shutters slides on G channel with laterally guided ball bearing blocks, and locking
arrangements. Back panel is made from 3mm compact sheet. All edges are covered by
0.8mm PVC edge bands glued by hot melt glue applied by auto edge banding machine. OR
open able 18mm shutters or 18mm Post formed shutters with auto closing concealed
hinges. 8mm wooden/jute dowels and eccentric mini fix locking hardware joins entire
assembly by Knock down - 32 ( KD -32) systems.

Key Board Drawer Unit:

Keyboard drawer unit below work top/Table with telescopic sliding arrangement and Sliding
mouse tray, made from M.S. sheet with Powder coating finish.
