CUSTOMER SERVICE RECEPTIONIST:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Respond to inquiries, claims and provide information on the CATV service to subscribers

Carry out refinancing agreements and establish a payment schedule for subscribers.
REQUIREMENTS:
Student and / or Bachelor of Business Administration, Senior Technician in Administration,

Courses in Customer Service and Quality Management.
