    ISMS Policy Statement

    We at Brotecs Technologies Ltd. recognize that Information Security is the responsibility of each and
    every one of us in the organization. We are committed to creating an information secure ecosystem
    that will enable us to - protect our intellectual properties and assets including our business processes,
    fulfill our contractual security obligations and establish a robust risk assessment / treatment framework
    by implementing the ‘Information Security Management System’.

    We shall achieve this by ensuring:-

     Confidentiality of information is maintained by making it accessible only to authorized users,


    through proper authentication and access control.
     Integrity of information is maintained by safeguarding the accuracy and completeness of the
    Information, and by protecting the processing methods from unauthorized modification.
     Availability of information to authorized users as and when needed, and as required by the
    business processes.
     Regulatory, Legislative and requirements regarding Intellectual property rights, Data protection
    and privacy of personal information are met.
     The confidentiality of corporate, client and customer information will be assured

     Business continuity plans for mission critical activities will be produced, maintained and tested
     Information security awareness training will be made available to all staff
     Continual improvement of Information Security Management System.

    The Policy shall be communicated to all employees, stakeholders and third parties and will be
    reviewed once in a year. Employees shall abide by the Security policy and will at all times, act in a
    responsible, professional and security-aware way.

    satisfaction of our customers. We shall achieve this by

     Providing High Quality, Customer First, Better Service, Sustainable Development, Better Price,
    People Oriented and Scientific Innovation as the provision of on-site management and operation
    of clients’ computer systems and/or data processing facilities, as well as related support services

     Providing the most satisfactory of Import and sells of IT Products & Services, Strategy,
    Infrastructure, Data Management, Analytics, Empowerment, Support and Services for our all
    customers.

     Complying with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and applicable
    regulations.

     We will continually improve the effectiveness of our quality management system


    through periodic management reviews.

     Periodic management reviews ensure that our Quality Policy & objective is reviewed
    for continuing suitability.

     We will maintain our operation within our financial goals and objectives to establish our
    competitive position in the market and meet needs and expectations of our entire Client.

     Continually improving our management system through setting up & complying with
    our quality objectives.

     Receive and outside processed parts only when accompanied by appropriate


    certifications and inspection documentation.

     Accept only conforming products and services from suppliers.
