NOTE:
1. Every Group is requested to form a WhatsApp group among themselves for exchange of ideas and being in touch for
Group Discussions if they are not in one place;
2. Every Group is expected to share/present a case study from 12.30 pm onwards on 18th May 2021. In all 5 case
studies will be presented. However, a discussion on two case studies related to the organization in the area of initiative
on Preventive Vigilance will be held. Sh J. Vinod Kumar, former Director CVC will be the Moderator.
3. Each Group has to prepare a PowerPoint presentation (not more than 10 slides) during the first half of the second
day (19th May 2021) and submit the presentations to PARI Institute by 10.45 am. The presentation should focus on:
a. Identifying the bottlenecks in the vertical which make it vulnerable to corruption or lack of transparency and
efficiency in the implementation of the scheme;
b. Suggesting preventive measures to plug the bottlenecks with time line;
4. The PowerPoint presentations will start at 11.00 am on 19th May 2021 before a high level Expert Panel. It is advised
to select a leader in each group who will make the presentation. The Group should adhere to the time limit of 10
minutes.
The Expert Panel will also adjudge 3 best presentations and they will be awarded first, second and third positions.
Therefore you are advised to work hard, use all the information provided by us, lectures delivered and guidance given
by the moderator.
