engineers & project site resources which are more specific moving to work in the field of General

Construction of Buildings, Including ( Private villas, Residential buildings, Government buildings, Schools,

Hospitals, Hotels … etc.), Electrical & Electro-Mechanical design, material supply, procurement,

installation, testing & commissioning and operation & maintenance on turnkey basis, Horizontal

Construction of Road requirements including sidewalks and Vertical Construction, Service Construction,

advertising agencies and institutions.

Supported by the equipment at our disposal with the ability, based on experience in the field and

performed by its human resources will certainly continue to provide good service based on the

commissioning business with expertise in Civil Structural & Finishes, Electrical and Mechanical fields.

Shawahed Enmaa Ltd. Co., within a short span of time, has become a landmark in overhead transmission

line work, underground cables (13.8 KV to 380 KV), construction of tower access roads, structure pads,

tower foundations (pad & chimney), auger foundation, tower assembly, tower erection, tower tightening

work, excavations, backfilling, earthworks, asphalt paving works, Decorative Interlock tiling with

Curbstones.

Building construction work for all disciplines (i.e., Civil Structural & finishes, MEP & infrastructure)

Gas-insulated switchgear

High voltage equipment Installation service.

We are engaged in the field services of high-voltage and medium voltage electrical installations by using

SF6 gas insulation systems such as GIS (gas-insulated switchgear), GCB (Gas Circuit Breaker), GMCB

(Generator Main Circuit Breaker), GIB (Gas Insulated Bus) and CGIS (Compact Gas Insulated switchgear)

from the range of 33 kV up to 550 kV also include for the Power cable installation.

We also supervise and prepare a report for the installation of electrical equipment at the site as per

drawing/manual instruction.

Medium voltage switchgear

• The installation of the switchgear panels includes the following services.

• Fixing of the panel.

• Any site adjustment as per actual installation and makes as build drawings.

• Cable pulling and Termination as per the cable schedule provided.

• Addition of any CT, VT Relays MCB etc. as per the approved drawings.

POWER TRANSFORMER

• Enhance Engineering have a professional team that providing the services of installation,

testing and commissioning of Power Transformer rated from 20MVA up to 502MVA.

Control and Protection

The installation of the lighting works includes design, supply, procurement, laying of conduits wiring,

support installation and fixing of lighting fixtures according to the approved drawings for turnkey

projects that include commercial & non-commercial buildings, villas, medical complex, school and

executive offices. The lighting installation includes building, substations and all commercial buildings.

EARTHING, GROUNDING AND CABLE TRAY WORKS

Services shall be provided for laying, design, supply and procurement of Cable tray/Grounding Material

With all Accessories according to the Scope of Work and Approved design. B.O.Q including all accessories

have been prepared by keeping quality and reliability in mind.
