    In per se of Deped Memorandum No. 131 s. 2019 in the observance of 2019
    World Rabies Day Celebration with the theme, Rabies: Educate to Eliminate,
    Tuliao National High School is conducting a School- Based Symposium in
    relation with the said event on October 10 at exactly 8:00 o’clock in the
    morning.
    In connection with this, we are humbly inviting you as one of the speakers of
    the said event which aims to create greater awareness on the prevention and
    control of rabies in our school as well as in the community.
