Writing/speaking
Pupils work in pairs but each pupil must not see what his/her partner
is writing.
Each pupil has an A4 sheet with a map of France
Teacher should go over the pronunciation of the 4 new cities:
Strasbourg, Lille, Lyon and Nantes and with these six weather
sentences written: il fait mauvais, il fait froid, il y a du soleil, il y a du
vent, il pleut, and il neige.
Each pupil has to (copy) write one of these ten cities (with à) beside
each weather phrase. e.g il fait mauvais à Lyon. Then each pupil takes
turns to guess what the other one has written by asking e.g Il fait froid
à Lyon? Other pupil can only answer by oui/non.

Winner could be child with highest number of correct guesses in
2 minutes.
Finally pupil can compare his/her sheet with his/her partner.

Degré is a masculine noun, therefore: un degré/vingt et un/trente et
un degrés

Examples: Aujourd’hui, il fait chaud à Rouen. Il y a vingt-neuf degrés.
