    The planned business falls under the food industry. A food industry

    includes the activities directed at the processing, conversion, the preparation,

    preservation, and packaging of foodstuff. As of now, the food industry has

    been in the middle of working a lot to still of provide numbers of food products

    since food was one of the most needed daily commodities in this time of the

    pandemic. Due to this, businesses under this industry had provided

    numeruous ways to still be able to offer products despite of challenges.

    Current trends like online advertising and food deliveries are now being

    offered. Along with this was the actions taken by these businesses to follow

    the health protocols. There are various categories under food industry in

    which the planned business belonged to the foodservice as it will have a

    physical and online store.

    In the food industry a lot of new ideas are required to meet customer

    satisfaction. Products are segmented into various type depending of what a

    company would like to offer. As on now, innovations in flavors, ingredients,

    size appearance and taste are also some of the current trends in this industry

    since most people are looking for something new even staying at home. So as

    response to this unlike others, amid the Covid-19 pandemic, Hetty will provide

    a healthy food which can help strengthen the immune system of the

    consumers. Hetty offers patty that is mainly made by tuna, fruit and

    vegetables which assures the consumers the quality satisfaction in eating


    healthy yet luscious food. Hetty offers flavored patties with different dip

    sauces which customers can choose to and can enjoy even if they are going

    through a diet or not. Additionally, in putting up physical and online stores,

    Hetty provides the customers more access and convenience to serve and

    satisfy them.

    In regards to the its physical store, Hetty is legal as it will all have

    necessary legal requirements such as registering the business, complying the

    regulations of offering clean product and workplace ensure health safety

    especially now in the middle of Covid-19 pandemic, fixing and applying for

    legal documents like licenses, intellectual property, and the likes. Moreover,
