NG0O1) Service Instructions Replacement of Pump Rotor with Axis STD.22 ‘The replacement of the pump rotor is a job for a trained technician. It is recommended to carry out the replacement during the regular overhaul (every 18-24 months) The carton 110-233.X17 Pump Rotor with Axis STD22 contains: Pump rotor with axis and two rubber bearings Gasket ~ Tool for removing the inner rubber bearing (4mm spacer bolt) This service instruction bone ‘The main steps for the replacement of the pump rotor are as follows: Switch off the gyro and wait 15 min to run down the gyrosphere Remove the outer sphere Carry out annual overhaul of the outer sphere Open the pump casing Remove rubber bearings Reassemble the pump unit Set to work the gyro Nogaens 1) Switch off the ayro and walt 15 min to run down the ayrospher: Switch off the 24VDC gyro power supply or remove the fuse on the connection pcb. Wait LN 48min. to run down the gyrosphere to avoic damages of the gyrosphere, 2) Remove outer sphere: Use both hands and loosen the four snap closures on the pendulum pairwise. Using the thumbs press down the frst two snap closures. Turn the outer sphere 90° and press down the other two snap closures. Remove the outer sphere very carefully and depositit on a table. Make sure that it can't overturn! 3). Can lar overhaul of the outer sphere (every 18-24 months): Carry out the regular overhaul. Remove the tubes of the pump. 4) Open the pump unit: Open the pump carefully by turing the pumphead counter clockwise. Take care of the hose connections! After cleaning all parts, push the new complete pump axis into the pump casing. Reassemble the pump unit carefully by using the new gasket. Take care for right position of the hose connections.
