    R-1 reported that he was working for Lyft and was picking up a customer at the listed location. Upon arriving at the listed location S-1 approached R-1
    and stated that his girlfriend called the ride for him. R-1 stated S-1 entered R-1's vehicle through the rear passenger door. R-1 further reports that him
    and S-1 had an argument in regards to wearing a face mask which escalated to S-1 pointing a black in color handgun at R-1 and saying "I'll kill you". R-1
    stated that he accelerated his vehicle and that S-1 jumped out at 9th and O st NW. R-1 stated that he then called the police.

    The undersigned Officers were familiarized with S-1 due a BOLO sent out by the Third District Detectives Unit sent to all sworn members from the
    Third District.

    S-1 was last seen at the 800 block of N Street NW.

    Officers stopped and ideintified S-1 in front of 1301 7th Street NW.

    S-1 was placed under arrest for ADW and was taken to the Third District for processing.
