    Actors
    Patient – A patient can only see his/her own medical records. He/she is not
    allowed to view other patients’ records for the sake of privacy and
    confidentiality.
    Authorized Client – Handles insert,delete update and search patient.
    He/she must login before he/she can access the application. He/she can
    also view a patient’s data.

    Relationships
    The relationship between the authorized client and the patient is that
    he/she provides medical information to the authorized client. The
    authorized client then saves it to the database and can do multiple
    operations like delete, update, and search. The patient can only view
    his/her own medical record.

    The Medical Record System is exclusive for the patients of RLMMC.
