    2. Inspection
    1 THERE WAS OIL IN THE FUEL RETURN LINE
    2 TURBOCHRAGER EXCEDED THE MAXMUN CLEARANCE
    3 THE FUEL PUMP NEEDS TO CALIPRATE because the oil entered it
    4 After cooler fully of oil
    5 There was water leak in the radiator connection
    6 The un usual sound causes because of adjusting the valve lash and injector or there was damaged piston and
    piston rings
    7 The rocker housing damaged and reaches the maximum clearance

    3. Action taken
     The injectors repaired to solve the problem No 1
     Turbocharger repaired to be at minimum clearance to solve problem No 2
     Fuel pump calibrated and cleaned to solve problem No 3
     After cooler cleaned and new kit installed to solve problem No 4
     Pipes exchanged and o rings installed to water manifold to solve No 5
     Problem No 6 cannot solved in the site it needs an overhauling and this the main problem that cause all the
    problem mentioned above
     Problem No 6 will repeat the problem from 1-5 within 2-3 months another problem will be occurs cylinder
    liner and crank shaft expected to damage if there no action take during this month
