INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES FOR STRICT COMPLIANCE
(Vide Section 11 Of Sindh Public Service Commission Act, 1989)
1. Bring your own writing/drawing instruments.
2. Only blue/black/Ball pen shall be allowed to use.
3. Smoking, discussions, consultations among candidates is not allowed.
4. Write your name and roll number legibly only in the spare pink slip provided.
5. Any initials, notations, symbols, religious verses etc, written on the answer sheets may lead to rejection of paper.
6. You will follow the verbal instructions of the invigilator for stating/stopping of the test.
7. You will not be admitted to the Examination hall after the, commencement of the paper.
8. You may not leave the hall till the end of the paper.
9. You may leave the hall temporarily with the permission of the invigilator.
10. You may not bring in any books, papers, notes in the hall.
11. Cellular telephones, scientific calculators, laptops wireless device or any other source of communication
through networking etc, shall not be allowed.
12. Use only the answer books provided; place the loose sheets (Maps, graphs, sketches etc) inside. Do not tear
off/mutilate the answer books.
13. In case of open book examinations, bring the relevant books without commentary/notes.
14. Any breach of these and general instructions may result in you disqualification and debarment from this or
subsequent examinations.
15. Answer books/scripts in all subjects of the examinations/tests are secret documents and cannot be permitted
to be seen by the candidates or their representative nor the re-examination and re-evaluation of the same is allowed
under any circumstances. However the candidates can request for re-counting of marks by the Commission by
depositing a fee of Rs.250.00 in the Government Treasury within 30 days.
16. You must arrive at the examination center half an hour before commencement of the examination.
17. If any candidate fails to appear in any one paper he/she will not be allowed to appear in any subsequent paper.
 
 
THE FOLLOWING STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES (SOPS)
DRAWN KEEPING IN VIEW GOVERNMENT OF SINDH DIRECTIVES AND
STRICTLY ADHERED TO.
 
I.BEFORE ENTRY TO EXAMINATION CENTRE.
 

 
 

1.                                  Wearing masks, gloves and hand sanitizing will be mandatory fo


invigilators, supporting staff and cleaning staff.
 

II.AFTER ENTRY TO EXAMINATION HALL


 

a.                                  Candidates must enter halls in queues while maintaining social distan
feet.
 

b.                  Proper marking on floor to be made for guidance of candidates.


 
 

c.                  No mix-up of candidates will be allowed. The candidates will take seats dir
 

d.                                During scrutiny and identification process, invigilating staff will ask
lower mask for identification.
 
 

III.EXIT- AT THE END OF EXAMINATION.


 
a.                   Answer Copies will be collected from the seats. No candidate will be all
till all the copies are collected.
 

b.                                  Candidates will be allowed to leave examination hall row-wise while


distance (No mix-up of candidates will be allowed for deposit of copies).
 

c.                   Candidates will be expected to bring their own water bottles in view of CO
