Andrew Deon Gainer aia, on Mar 22, 2021 at approximately 1:54 AM in RICHMOND County. GEORGIA. commit the
offense ol MURDER - Felony in violation of O.C.G.A 16-5-1, a Felony under the laws of the state of GEoRGIA,
in that
said accused on the above stated date and time, did unlawfully and with malice aforethought cause the death of another

human being, namely: Niclaus wilson, by liring a round from an unknown make and model handgun striking the
-
victim in his extremities. Said victim was transported to Augusta University Hospital where he succumbed to his
injuries. Said offense occurred at the Waflle House located at 1629 Gordon Highway in Augusta, Richmond
County, Georgia.
