Purpose
Use this Delivery Scope Questionnaire once the project/engagement is up and running. The SAP delivery team should complete the questionnaire with the customer.

For implementation services, the Scope Questions and/or Option List worksheet is usually discussed and finalized during the fit/gap or fit to standard workshops. Sometimes the
questions may be covered when the customer is deciding whether to use the service, but it is mainly used to identify with the customer their choices from from the customer
defined options of the service or the necessary details to do the configuration for the service. The responses will be used to define the solution and complete the configuration.
The questions are arranged in sections.

For support services, the Scope Questions and/or Options List worksheet is usually discussed and finalized after the Max Attention/Premium Engagement contract has been
signed with the customer and details are required from the customer to be able to deliver the service.
