QUALITY WITH-OUT QUESTION
Quality Assurance The commitment to quality on ABIL projects stands equally as high. All ABIL employees and tradespeople are provided the
training and tools to produce the best possible results on every project. More than a program, ours is an approach focused
on identifying and eliminating potential issues together, so the quality standards achieved on each and every ABIL project

establish project safety, cost, schedule and quality plans. During project execution, the status of the project is
periodically evaluated to identify deviations from these plans. Management can then identify the actions or
adjustments that may be necessary to keep the overall project on target.
THE CULTURE OF QUALITY
Our schedules are tracked by comparing actual progress to the baseline control plan. It's basically a balance
between work sequencing and manpower allocation that allows us to accomplish desired work progress. At ABIL, "quality" is not a single activity, rather a series of many linked activities integrated into our day-to-day industrial
construction & project management process. These are probatively planned, performed & tracked from the earliest stages
of a project during preconstruction, through construction & past nal completion. With quality activities taking place
throughout our process, we are better able to focus on building the project right the rst time, not adding layers of

At project initiation, the baseline control schedule is developed. This is the reference

The design of the schedule is such that it is realistic & a positive planning tool & facilitates
the roll up of gross details into successively larger categories.
